Blac Chyna is showered with praise as she celebrates one year of sobriety

Blac Chyna has marked a huge milestone after changing her lifestyle as she revealed she has now been officially sober for a year.

The reality star, 35, has turned her life around in recent years after finding religion and deciding to ditch the fillers and surgery she had previously had.

As well as going back to embracing her natural beauty, Chyna - real name Angela Renee White - has also given up her lucrative OnlyFans career to embrace a more wholesome life.

Part of her new lifestyle ha also meant Chyna has cut out alcohol completely and is embracing her sobriety, having completed a year without a drink this month.

Sharing a photo of her mom, Tokyo Toni, kissing her on the cheek as she held a bouquet of flowers in front of a large helium balloon shaped like the number one, Chyna told her followers: "September 14 , 2023 marks my one-year of sobriety this year taught me a lot about myself.

"I made up my mind on September 14, 2022 that I was done with the alcohol. This process is not easy but I did it, I plan on continuing practicing sobriety."

She added: "I want to thank everybody that has been supporting me with this part of my journey. Angela White is unstoppable, smart, beautiful, brave, a great mother, and a great friend.

"I’m hoping that when you see this, this will inspire you if you are struggling with any addiction, just know that you can do it and you are worth it. God loves you. It’s so many different apps, and groups that can help you with this journey, and you’re not alone."

Chyna added that she "couldn't wait" to get the one-year balloon, and also showcased the cake she received, featuring the sobriety medallion she'd got in celebration of the milestone.

She and her mom also appeared on the Tamryn Hall Show to speak about her decision to go sober, which left the pair of them in tears.

The pair had had a rocky relationship in recent years but reconciled after Chyna started to change her life, and Toni says she now looks like the child she gave birth to again after going back to her natural looks.

Fans were over the moon to see her doing so well, writing: "Sobriety looks so good on you," and: "That is wonderful. God is truly good."

Others added: "Congratulations, I’m extremely proud of you!! Keep up the great work," and: "I'm so proud of you! Congratulations! Onward & Upward. God bless you!"

Another wrote: "I love this for you Angela !!!!!! You’re a beautiful soul."

Chyna, who shared 10-year-old son King with her ex Tyga and daughter Dream, six, with ex Rob Kardashian, has kept her followers updated with her journey so far.

As well as getting rid of her OnlyFans, which reportedly made her millions, she also underwent breast and butt reduction surgery after having had both enhanced in years prior.

She warned others of the dangers of getting butt injections, explaining on social media: "I just want all the ladies out there to know, do not get silicone shots because you can get sick, you can die, have complications and all this other crazy stuff."
