Bryce Hall has fired back at Billie Eilish after the singer allegedly made a "shady" comment about TikTokers during the 2024 People’s Choice Award.

The 22-year-old 'Happier Than Ever' singer attended the 49th installment of the People's Choice Awards - which was hosted by actor Simon Liu - on Sunday (February 18).

Eilish picked up the award for The TV Performance of the Year for her acting debut in the Prime Video series Swarm, which was created by Donald Glover and Janine Nabors.

But despite bagging an acting trophy, the 'Oceans Eyes' hitmaker caused a lot of commotion online for something else.

In a now-deleted moment captured by E! News, the Grammy-winning musician was caught gossiping with fellow music icon Kylie Minogue.

The short video has since been shared on X (formerly Twitter) by celebrity news account Pop Crave and left fans convinced that Eilish was discussing the fact that TikTok content creators had been invited to the star-studded event.

In the viral clip, fans believe she said: "There are so many TikTokers here," to which the 55-year-old Australian icon nodded and allegedly replied: "Like no need."

Have a look at the awkward moment below:

The footage garnered some traction on the social media platform, with many people applauding the star for the comment.

One user wrote: "And she’s right like why are they inviting TikTokers everywhere," while another chimed in: "An Oscar winner shouldn't be in the same room as tiktokers !"

Someone said: "Tiktokers [are] everywhere like a plague," and a fourth added: "She’s right. Why should talented celebrities be treated the same way an influencer would and be so serious."

However, not everyone agreed, with one X user describing Eilish's behavior as "shady," and stating that TikTok is the reason why Eilish even has a career. "TikTok is the reason she has a career why is she shading the girls," they wrote.

Several TikTok personalities were on hand at the event in California, such as Tana Mongeau, Gigi Gorgeous, James Charles, Chris Olsen, and Alix Earle.

One attendee named Bryce Hall - who boasts 23.9 million followers on TikTok - was left upset by the video, and took to the social media platform to voice his disappointment towards the singer-songwriter.

Watch Hall's response below:

On Monday (February 19), the 24-year-old said: "I'm just going to address this clip of Billie Eilish being disgusted by TikTokers that were at the People's Choice. I was one of them. First off, Billie Eilish, I'm so sorry that I didn't acknowledge your greatness and bow down to you being another human being."

The content creator literally took a bow to honor the 'Bad Guy' singer before revealing that organizers from the award show had reached out to him and his influencer peers.

"People's Choice invited us personally," Hall shared. "Everyone that attended People's Choice and was sitting at those tables, we were invited by People's Choice. So, hate on them."

He concluded his video by saying that the "most sad thing" about the whole ordeal was that he's been a big fan of the singer and her work. "I stanned you Billie Eilish and now I don't think I can renegade to any of your songs anymore. So thanks for taking out all my content," he said.

Hall also subsequently took to X to share a message regarding the alleged drama, writing: "This is my formal apology for the recent drama im in regarding my response to Billie Eilish." The post featured the words "I'm sorry" written in the notepad app.

However, fans were not amused by his post as one user responded: "There’s no drama you just embarrassed yourself…she wouldn’t even look in your direction once."

Another slammed: "Me when I want a little bit of attention after no one has uttered my name in 3 years," and a third added: "Drama?? Billie won’t ever acknowledge this bc she knows you want clout. This is soo embarrassing I can’t."
