Tammy Slaton has stunned viewers after sharing a major update on her weight-loss journey.

The 38-year-old, who was long confined to a wheelchair, has been documenting her incredible transformation for over two years.

The 1000-Lb Sisters star was 725 pounds when she underwent bariatric surgery in July 2022.

The plan was for her to slim down to 550 pounds before she could qualify for the procedure. For her to achieve this, she entered a food addiction rehab center, but she left weighing more than she entered so she returned and finally reached her goal.

In December 2023, Slaton revealed that she lost an astonishing 440 pounds, and can now stand and walk unassisted but still has to use an oxygen tube to support her breathing.

“I was able to make my lungs strong… And then recently the doctor cleared me to be off my oxygen machine during the daytime,” she said, cited by Page Six. “Now I only wear my oxygen at night, along with my BiPap [bilevel positive airway pressure] machine.

"I monitor my oxygen levels throughout the day and keep my machine on hand in case I need it," she added.

Nearly one year later, the TV star announced that she had reached another milestone during the latest episode of her TLC show.

A video shared on TLC’s Instagram page showed Slaton stepping on the scale and weighing 281.2 pounds, which is less than her older brother, Chris Combs.

“Chris said he weighs 284 [pounds]. I now weigh a little less than Chris. That’s mind-blowing,” the 38-year-old said.

She shockingly added that the last time she weighed 281 pounds was when she was "in fourth or fifth grade,” adding: “I’m the baby sister, but I’m not the ‘big’ baby sister no more.”

Combs admitted in a confessional that he never thought his little sister would be smaller than him, saying: “She’s always been Tammy - big.”

Many fans expressed their love and support in the comment section. "Good job Tammy! This weight loss has changed her whole life & attitude, it’s wonderful to see!", one fan applauded.

"Go Tammy!! Rooting for you girl!! Keep on keepin on," another said. "Know you can do this once you get the skin removal you’re gonna be on a big roll of your life. Congratulations," a third added.

Slaton is hoping to go under the knife for skin removal surgery. Her doctor, Dr. Eric Smith, told PEOPLE that the surgery takes place after someone has maintained their weight for three to six months.

According to a clip posted on TLC Instagram, Slaton will most likely have to wait another year before having the procedure because she only had her weight loss surgery not too long ago and is likely to lose more weight in the interim.

Well done on your achievement, Tammy!
