Alec Baldwin has been caught on camera smacking the phone out of a woman's hand after she asked him why he "killed that lady".
On October 21, 2021, on the film set of Rust, the 66-year-old actor's prop gun fired a live round of ammunition and tragically killed 42-year-old cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and injured director Joel Souza.
Baldwin was charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter last year, but these were dropped in April 2023 pending further investigation.
However, the Beetlejuice star was charged once again with involuntary manslaughter in January and will face a trial in July. He maintains his innocence against the charges brought against him.

On Monday (April 22), a video was shared of the Pearl Harbor actor being confronted in a coffee shop on X (formerly Twitter) with the caption: "White devil Alec Baldwin attacked me. While I was trying to get coffee."
In the clip, the unidentified woman says to Baldwin: “Why did you kill that lady? You killed that lady and got no jail time. No jail time Alec. No jail time Alec. You’re putting innocent people in jail Alec Baldwin.”
Watch the video below:The woman then continues to shout "free Palestine," asking him to say it "one time" with the promise she’d "leave [him] alone".
Baldwin then appears to ask members of staff for assistance, telling them to "call the police" but the camerawoman carries on calling him "a f***ing criminal".
The actor then asks her to leave the shop, and when the camera is very close to his face, he strikes the phone she is filming with.

The video comes after the armorer on the set of Rust – Hannah Gutierrez-Reed – was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter on April 15 and received the maximum possible sentence. However, she was found not guilty of tampering with evidence related to the shooting.
In a statement released by their legal team, the parents and sister of the late Halyna Hutchins have stated that they are "satisfied" with the sentence.
"We look forward to the justice system continuing to make sure that everyone else who is responsible for Halyna's death is required to face the legal consequences for their actions," the attorneys said, per PEOPLE.
In addition to this, David Halls, the movie's assistant director, was also sentenced to a six-month suspended sentence with unsupervised probation, a $500 fine, 24 hours of community service, and a firearms safety class on a charge of negligent use of a deadly weapon.

The 30 Rock actor has always insisted that he was unaware that the weapon was loaded and maintained his innocence.
But if convicted in July, the dad-of-seven could face up to 18 months in prison.
