Bhad Bhabie has sparked a wave of reactions online after sharing a new video that left some fans struggling to recognize her.
The rapper and influencer, whose real name is Danielle Bregoli, became an internet sensation following her controversial appearance on the Dr. Phil show.
She featured in a segment titled: 'I Want to Give Up My Car-Stealing, Knife-Wielding, Twerking 13-Year-Old Daughter Who Tried to Frame Me for a Crime.'
During the episode, the then-teenager famously confronted the audience, saying: "Catch me outside, that’s what I always do and they never catch me. Ain’t nobody gonna catch me. Cash me outside, how ‘bout dat.”
The moment exploded on social media and earned her the nickname the "Cash Me Outside Girl," but Bregoli managed to turn her sudden notoriety into a career.
She launched a music career under the name Bhad Bhabie and later landed her own Snapchat show, Bringing Up Bhabie.
Then, at 18, she made headlines after joining OnlyFans and sharing screenshots of her astronomical earnings, supposedly raking in $50 million in just one year.
Now 23, Bhad Bhabie has once again got people talking, with some longtime fans saying they barely recognize the person they first watched on television almost a decade ago.
The influencer recently took to TikTok to share a clip of herself dancing provocatively while wearing black shorts and a tiger-print bra.
Her appearance quickly became a talking point in the comments, with viewers noting that she looked different compared with just a few months earlier, when she appeared slimmer.
"I didn’t recognize her at first," one user wrote. Another admitted: "Wait what I did not know it was her till I saw the user name," and a third added: "She looks different."
Bhad Bhabie has not addressed the comments regarding her appearance.
The reactions come after Bhad Bhabie previously revealed that she had been diagnosed with cancer after receiving unsolicited comments about her weight.
In November 2024, she addressed speculation about her appearance by explaining that medication had caused her to lose weight.
"I’m sorry my cancer medicine made me loose [sic] weight. I’m slowly gaining back. So, stop running [with] the worst narratives,” she wrote at the time.
Bhad Bhabie has never publicly shared further details about her diagnosis, though a source close to her family told TMZ at the time that she did have cancer and was being treated by doctors.
A few months before her latest TikTok post, the rapper also shared a heartbreaking update after receiving "bad news" from her doctor.
Taking to X, she penned: "Bad news from my doctor yesterday, god has the last say so not my cancer."
She did not elaborate on what the news was, but fans quickly rallied around her.
Away from her career, Bhad Bhabie became a mother at 20 when she welcomed daughter Kali Love with her ex-boyfriend Le Vaughn in March 2024.
A month before giving birth, she spoke about how excited she was to become a parent.
"I feel very ready to be a mom. I’m so excited to do all of the little ‘mom and daughter’ things together. I can’t wait to dress her up, take her shopping, spend 1-on-1 time and travel all over. Just the simple things," she told Paper magazine.
In May 2025, she revealed that motherhood had become one of the biggest sources of happiness in her life.
"The things that make me happy are just being a mom. I just like watching her do things," she said on a podcast.
