Billie Eilish paused her concert at The O2 on Saturday night to check in on fans who were struggling with the heat.
"Are you all ok?" she asked the London crowd, per BBC News. "People were fainting and getting pulled out. It's hot, I know".
After fans said they were "squished", she stopped playing and waited for the situation to ease.
"Take a step back, give everybody some space," Eilish said. "If someone looks a little woozy, just tell someone."
She added: "Don't try to save feelings."
Eilish continued the show after about three minutes, later thanking "all the security [and] all the staff" at the venue, adding: "I appreciate you".
Earlier on in the night, the 'Everything I Wanted' hitmaker had asked security staff at the venue to distribute water to the audience.
This isn't the first time the 20-year-old musician has halted a show to check in on the crowd.
In February, she stoped her Happier Than Ever tour show in Atlanta after she noticed a fan having issues breathing. She refused to carry on with the concert until the individual had access to an inhaler.
"Can we just grab one?" she asked a crew member.
Later that month, she also interrupted a gig in Madison Square Garden, New York, to tell fans: "If you want to sit down, you are allowed. Go ahead, you're good. Sit down, take a breath."
Crowd safety has become a more pressing issue in recent months after 10 people died during a crowd surge at Travis Scott's Astroworld festival in Houston last November.
Following the tragedy, Scott took to Twitter to share a statement voicing his "absolute devastation."
The 31-year-old 'Love Galore' rapper wrote: "I'm absolutely devastated by what took place last night. My prayers go out to the families and all those impacted by what happened at Astroworld Festival."
He continued: "Houston PD has my total support as they continue to look into the tragic loss of life. I am committed to working together with the Houston community to heal and support the families in need. Thank you to Houston PD, Fire Department and NRG Park for their immediate response and support."
Scott has widely been criticized for failing to act during the crowd surge and is facing multiple lawsuits in connection with the deadly event.
