Blac Chyna has won another victory in her lawsuit against the Kardashians after providing "substantial evidence" that Kris Jenner "lied" – and she's seeking millions in damages.
Chyna's attorney, Lynne Ciani, told Page Six in an interview that a California appeals court has ruled that Rob Kardashian's ex-fiancée is entitled to a jury trial as part of her defamation case.
In the lawsuit, she claims the family intentionally interfered with her contract, leading to the cancellation of her show E! show, Rob & Chyna.
Three judges agreed that Chyna had submitted "substantial evidence" supporting claims against Jenner had"lied" and that Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner has interfered.
Chyna's "evidence" supports her claim that Kris lied when she claimed that "Chyna beat the s**t out of Rob's face" and used it as a means to have the show canceled.
"Chyna also proved that, although Kris Jenner was the ringleader for the plot to get Season 2 of Rob & Chyna cancelled, Kim Kardashian West, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner each separately defamed and intentionally interfered with Chyna's contract for Season 2," Ciani added. "So all three daughters face a trial by jury for their illegal conduct against Chyna."
The 32-year-old also has a separate case against Rob for posting illegal revenge porn of her in July 2017, which is scheduled to take place in late November 2021, as per Page Six.
Rob's attorney, Marty Singer, denied the claims to the news outlet: "The evidence in our case overwhelmingly establishes that the claims filed by Blac Chyna are without merit and we look forward to a jury trial to dispose of these meritless claims."
In December, Page Six reported that the company behind the defunct reality show, Bunim/Murray Productions, was ordered to hand over unaired footage from what would have been "Rob & Chyna" Season 2.
Rob was not a part of that hearing, Singer said, because it was not relevant to the hearing.
"We have not filed an opposition to the court for this request because the footage has no impact on the case," Singer told Page Six in a statement. "However, we have requested Blac Chyna's OnlyFans footage and she has refused to release that footage to us."
