Boy Meets World star Ethan Suplee has taken to social media to show off his incredible weight loss after reaching what he describes as his "pinnacle".
Suplee, 44, made the revelations in a new interview with Men's Health.
In the video below, Suplee opens up about his dramatic weight loss:The actor explained that during the early part of 2020, he was able to obtain a six-pack: "I have successfully lost weight with every diet I stuck to in the past 20 years, but my goal was never more than that, lose weight."
He continued: "I'm at my absolute pinnacle. I spent 35, 40 years without taking my shirt off in public. The shadows haven't been enhanced. There's loose skin. There are scars. This is who I am."
Sharing a picture of his outstanding progress on Instagram, the 44-year-old wrote: "Last year I set a goal of having visible abs, here's where I got to,
"This year I would like visible obliques. It's going to be a wonderfully tough year."
Men's Health also reports that Ethan weighed in excess of 500 pounds at the age of 24.
The Remember The Titans star also revealed that he is no longer following fad diets but instead focused on a healthy eating plan.
Touching on his future goals, he added: "I was wondering if we could go further - eight percent or seven percent body fat. But then I thought about all the wacky diets I've done over the years and realized that I can't keep doing this.
"Do I want to want to walk around looking like I look in those pictures? Honestly, I'm not sure I have what it takes."
Ethan later added: "I'm trying now to learn to live in, and be happy with, the maintenance period...
"I spent decades adjusting to periods of suffering through dieting. It worked. I'd get to my goal - and then very rapidly undo my goal.
"The way more important level for me now isn’t the period where I'm suffering, but the period where I'm in love with my life."
Ethan has appeared in a number of well-known movies over the years including American History X, John Q, The Butterfly Effect, and The Wolf of Wall Street.
The now 44-year-old also regularly appeared on the TV shows My Name Is Earl and Raising Hope.
Back in 2006, Suplee married producer Brandy Lewis, and the couple now has four children together.
He recently praised his wife on Instagram and wrote: "Today is my favorite day of the year, it’s my wife’s birthday, and she is responsible for creating all the other truly great days of the year, my children’s birthdays. Happy Birthday Brandy."
