Brian Austin Green is the latest celebrity to make an X-rated confession about their private life.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 star revealed all on a recent episode of iHeartRadio’s I Do, Part 2 podcast with Bachelor Nation’s Bob Guiney.
The actor opened up about his sex drive on the August 29 episode, with the 53-year-old revealing what he has noticed as he has gotten older.
Green, who was married to Megan Fox for over a decade, is now a father of five, three of whom are shared with Fox.
But while he shares his children across three partners, the experienced actor hasn't been shy in speaking about the truths around his bedroom habits.
He also opened up about his past relationships and how they had affected him.
Green and Guiney answered listeners' questions, with the former reading out: “As men age, do you notice that your sex drive is lowering?"
He answered: "Sure, absolutely, of course, that is a chemical thing, that is testosterone, and that is what men as they age start naturally losing,
“You can take supplements, and you can go the opposite direction. But to me, honestly, absolutely sex drive lowers,” the former heartthrob admitted.
Green added: “There’s no way to avoid that; I didn’t ask for it.”
Guiney, 55, also answered the question, telling the actor: “As you get older, you got so many other things going on in your life and so many other responsibilities and so many other things.”
The actor spoke about his marriage to Transformers star Megan Fox, who is 13 years younger than him.
In a July 11 episode of the same podcast, he explained: “My ex and I were together for almost 15 years,
“We were married for almost 10 years, and I led with physical attraction,” adding: “First, I’d be physically attracted to somebody and then sort of build a relationship around that.”
Following their split, his perspective changed, as Green added: “I was divorced, which I didn’t expect,
“I had three kids, was a single parent, and I knew that I didn’t want to repeat things that I had done. So I went through all sorts of therapy and all sorts of things to really figure out what it was that I brought into a relationship.”
Speaking on his Old-ish podcast, co-hosted with his fiancée Sharna Burgess and Randy Spelling, Green was asked directly why he had never publicly responded to accusations that he “groomed” Fox when she was younger.
“I think it comes from my dad. He’s very good at cutting emotion out of something and just being logical in his choices,” Green explained.
“I really, logically understood that if I defend myself this one time, it’s never gonna stop. I’m gonna have to defend myself for who knows how long, because people are gonna believe what they wanna believe.”
“So, to me, time is the only thing that regulates that.
"People spend more time seeing me not being that way and then they start questioning it and they start going, you know, ‘We’ve seen him for five years. We’ve never once seen him being controlling or hearing any other story from anyone else about.’ It’s the long game of it,” he concluded.
