The comedian, 49, took to the stage at the Critics Choice Awards last night (February 7), and - in awards show tradition - took aim at many of the rich and famous stars both in attendance and not.
One topic that was definitely not off the table was Lively and Baldoni's legal battle, which has rumbled on since December.
For those who've managed to miss it all, Lively, 37, and Baldoni, 41, starred alongside each other as Lily Bloom and Ryle Kincaid in the adaptation of Colleen Hoover's best-selling novel It Ends With Us, but their relationship soured after its release.
Fans had begun speculating something was amiss when Baldoni - who'd directed as well as starred in the movie - took a backseat in the promo ahead of its release in August, and was not seen in red carpet photos with Lively.

On December 21, The New York Times published an article revealing that Lively had filed a legal complaint against Baldoni with the California Civil Rights Department in which she accused him of sexual harassment and alleged that he, along with his studio, Wayfarer, had embarked on a subsequent "multi-tiered plan" to damage her reputation.
Lively had claimed that Baldoni behaved inappropriately on set, alleging that he'd commented on her weight and claimed he'd added intimate scenes which hadn't been previously agreed upon.
Baldoni - who denies all the allegations against him - went on to file a $400 million countersuit against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, for defamation.
The drama has captivated movie fans for months, and Handler took aim at the pair in her speech this week, as well as President Donald Trump's recent press release following a deadly plane crash in Washington D.C., during which he placed the blame on "DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) hires".
Handler told the crowd: "I am your DEI host, Chelsea Handler. I want to acknowledge that we have been through a lot lately, not just here in Los Angeles but our entire country.
"Waking up every day not knowing what news we are going to hear that will disappoint or horrify us, so it is important in times like these to have a distraction."
She then joked: "And that's why I want to personally extend my gratitude to Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively. Thank you for providing us with that distraction. I'm grateful, I think we're all grateful, and I think we're good.
"I think everybody in this room, no matter whose side you're on, we can all agree to accept that there's probably not gonna be a sequel. It ends with us, guys."
The room was seen erupting in laughter and applause at Handler's quip.
Lively and Baldoni's legal wrangling looks set to continue for a while to come, as their legal representatives faced off in court this week at the pre-trial, and their court date was set for March 9, 2026, by a judge, but it was suggested that it could be brought forward due to the very public nature of their case meaning a jury could be prejudiced.
Lively was recently hit with yet another lawsuit as crisis publicist Jed Wallace launched a $7 million defamation suit against her for claims she made about him and his PR firm Street Relations.

Lively had claimed that his firm had "weaponized a digital army" in a smear campaign against her.
Wallace claims Lively has "no facts supporting the allegations she made against Wallace and Street".
Lively's representative said in response: "Another day, another state, another nine-figure lawsuit seeking to sue Ms Lively ‘into oblivion’ for speaking out against sexual harassment and retaliation."
The case is currently ongoing.
