Chris Hemsworth has gone viral after giving his fans a glimpse at his workout with "the world's laziest trainer."
In a post shared with his 47.7 million followers on Instagram, the 37-year-old Australian Avengers actor posted a video of himself pulling some seriously intimidating weights on a sled push and pull machine with the help of his personal trainer Luke Zocchi, who is riding on top.
Hemsworth drags the weights and his trainer across the room, before collapsing in an exhausted heap.
Take a look at Hemsworth's god-worthy workout in the video below:Hemsworth captioned the post: "Cheers to the worlds laziest trainer @zocobodypro for a fun session @centrfit [sic]"
The caption seems to suggest that Hemsworth is currently training to return to the role of the Marvel superhero Thor, in the fourth movie in the franchise, Thor: Love and Thunder.
Directed by What We Do In The Shadows creator Taika Waititi, the movie will also feature the return of Natalie Portman as Jane Foster, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, and Chris Pratt as Star-Lord.
Per The Daily Mail, Hemsworth's body double Bobby Holland Hanton recently spoke about the star's incredible commitment to fitness and his gruelling superheroic physical exercise regime in a recent interview on the radio show Nova's Fitzy & Wippa.
Hanton stated: "Everyone is like: 'wow look at the size and him.' But I text him like: 'thanks very much dude, you've just made this even harder!'
"Every two hours we're eating. It's become a chore. I don't enjoy eating at all."
"He's the biggest Thor he's ever been, so I have to be the biggest I've ever been - which is a challenge, but I'm up for it. Look at him: he's a man-mountain!.'"
Back in May of 2020, Hemsworth offered his fans a chance to see the premiere of the fourth Thor film alongside him, in a special charity event designed to feed the hungry.
Taking to his official Twitter account, the actor tweeted: "#ALLINCHALLENGE accepted. I’m inviting you and a guest to the premiere of THOR: LOVE & THUNDER! Donations go to @nokidhungry, #mealsonwheels and #americasfoodfund which benefits @FeedingAmerica and
@WCKitchen. [sic]"
