Dwayne Johnson has made a pretty gross confession - and it's safe to say this is one fact we could have lived happily without knowing.

The 52-year-old WWE star-turned-actor might be one of the most-loved stars in Hollywood thanks to his larger-than-life persona and great movies.
But there's one on-set habit that he's admitted to that might just make you look at him a little differently...
While shooting those blockbuster movies, Dwayne's no stranger to a rather unusual toilet habit.
Back in April, The Wrap published an article claiming that Dwayne is often so late to set that it ended up costing production $250 million to push back the release of his new movie, Red One, from Christmas 2023 to November 2024.
The outlet alleged that due to his frequent lateness, Dwayne would often pee into a bottle to save adding further delays to shooting days by popping to the toilet like most people would do.

While some people may have believed that was just some creative reporting or an on-set source making it up, the star has now confessed that is indeed true.
Dwayne told GQ: "I pee in a bottle [while working]. Yeah, that happens."
Let's hope he's at least cleaning his hands with some hand sanitizer after that...
Dwayne also admitted the claims of him being late are true, but the cost appears to have been inflated, as he added: "Yeah, that happens, too. But not that amount, by the way. That was a bananas amount. That’s crazy. Ridiculous."
He did label the furor over his lateness as "bulls**t", with director Jake Kasdan confirming to the outlet that Dwayne "never missed a day of work ever. He has a lot going on. He can be late sometimes, but such is Hollywood—that’s the case with everybody."
The director confirmed that having worked with Dwayne on "three big movies", he has never seen him "be anything but great to every single person on the set."
Dwayne's co-star, Chris Evans, also revealed: "In terms of the guy that I saw, compared to some of the things I’ve seen on other movies with other actors who are not only not conscious of other people’s time and efforts, but they’re unpredictable? I found Dwayne to be — we all know exactly what he’s going to do when he’s going to do it."

He added that everybody knew that Dwayne would be working out in the mornings before coming to work, adding: "It’s not like he’s late unexpectedly, and I wouldn’t even call it late. He comes in slightly later on certain mornings, but it’s part of the plan.
"It’s worked into the schedules and everyone knows it, so he shows up when he’s scheduled to show up."
So, it's no wonder Dwayne also tries to make up that time by cutting out his pee breaks.
He previously told Esquire in 2021: "I do pee in my water bottles, but let me give context to that.
"It’s not a water bottle that I’ve actually purchased solely for water that you wash and clean when you’re done using it; these are just bottles that I’m no longer using.
"Usually, the gyms that I work out in don’t have a bathroom because they’re the iron paradise. They’re just hot, sweaty, and dirty.
"I usually stay pretty hydrated; I need to go to the bathroom — not a lot, but probably a couple of times during every workout, so I break out the bottle."
He also accidentally gave his followers a glimpse of his pee bottle while promoting a workout collection back in 2017, but rather than retake the video he just acknowledged that the Voss bottle beside him was in fact full of exactly what it appeared to be full of.
He joked at the time: "I realize you just saw my big bottle of pee. I go hardcore when I train. I find a bottle, I pee in it and I keep training like a beast."
Well, at least he's consistent, I guess.
