Benjamin Keough, the son of Lisa Marie Presley and only grandson of music legend Elvis Presley, has died aged 27.
Per the Daily Mail, police say they had been responding to a "rescue response" at his Calabasas mansion in California at approximately 6:30AM on Sunday morning (July 12).
They added: "Upon their arrival, they located the victim suffering from one gunshot wound to the upper torso. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene."
Per CNN, Lisa Marie's manager, Roger Widynowski, said: "[Lisa] is completely heartbroken, inconsolable and beyond devastated but trying to stay strong for her 11-year-old twins and her oldest daughter Riley. She adored that boy. He was the love of her life."

Benjamin was the son of Lisa Marie - the only child of superstar Elvis - and musician Danny Keough. The couple - who were married from 1988 to 1994 - also share a daughter, Benjamin's older sister Riley.
Benjamin was known for his striking similarity to his grandfather, Elvis.
According to TMZ, Lisa Marie once said: "Ben does look so much like Elvis. He was at the Opry and was the quiet storm behind the stage.
"Everybody turned around and looked when he was over there. Everybody was grabbing him for a photo because it is just uncanny."

Per NME, Benjamin reportedly signed a $5 million record deal with Universal back in 2009, although the music outlet says it is unclear what came of the deal - with Peter LoFrumento, Executive Vice President of Universal Music Group, later telling People: "This story is totally untrue."
According to the Daily Mail, back in 2015, Benjamin shared a picture of an outfit he had bought that had allegedly been worn by his grandfather. Writing on Instagram, Elvis' only grandson said: "I purchased a piece of grandad today from a collector. He wore it in 1974. I feel a lot closer to him now."
