Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy were sworn enemies onscreen, and we all loved watching it (Is anyone else's favourite Harry Potter scene when she punches him in the face?).
But it seems that, in real life, Emma Watson and Tom Felton are pretty great friends, with the two stars reuniting in Los Angeles this week, more than twenty years after they were first cast in the magical film franchise.
The actors headed to the beach together to have some fun, even trying out a little skateboarding later on. Fans were made aware of their reunion when Emma took to social media to post both a picture and a video of their outing.
The image showed the old friends sitting on the beach, both dressed in white and grinning at the camera. In the caption, the 28-year-old heralded her former co-star on his new drama web television series, Origin, which is set to premiere on November 14.
"Tom’s @origin_series is out on 14th November. Congrats dear friend. #TFToleratingmysubparskatingskillssince1999," she wrote.
Shortly after, the Beauty and the Beast actress uploaded an adorable video to Twitter of the pair skateboarding along the boardwalk together.
In the footage, Tom jokingly scolds her, saying: "Easy with the wobbling. Keep your feet still!" When the UN Women Goodwill Ambassador insists she's doing everything right, he tells her: "You're not! You're dancing around on the board like a clown. hang on tight!"
Between them, the two posts racked up hundreds of thousands of likes from adoring fans, who were loving seeing them back together.
"i cant believe you guys really blessed us with this we dont deserve you (sic)," wrote Twitter user @infinitystony.
Others made it clear that they were still shipping the two, with @jiminyves commenting "y’all are making me get all up in my FEELS... taking me back to my dramione/feltson shipping days (sic)" and @CherryColaZing suggesting "This must be what Ron Weasley's other nightmare looks like (sic)"
Back in 2011, Emma set Harry Potter fanfiction ablaze when she revealed that she fancied Tom while they were filming the hit series.
"For the first two movies, I had a huge crush on Tom Felton. He was my first crush," she told Seventeen. "He totally knows. We talked about it – we still laugh about it. We are really good friends now, and that's cool."
In the same year, the now-31-year-old actor spoke to the Metro, admitting that the feeling wasn't exactly mutual. In fact, he had eyes for another member of the Potter cast.
"We've been friends for a long time and itâs very flattering. I had a little boy crush on Helena Bonham Carter. She's a very beautiful woman," he told them.
At the moment, Emma is dating former Glee star Chord Overstreet and Tom is thought to be enjoying the single life, having been spotted enjoying an intimate moment with a mystery woman in Los Angeles a few months ago.
So, will Dramione ever happen? Someone get some Amortentia already.
