Nikki Glaser has left fans speechless after sharing pictures of her 15-year transformation.

The 40-year-old comedian left jaws on the floor after posting a dramatic then-and-now comparison of herself from her first-ever appearance on The Tonight Show in 2009 to her latest stint on the same stage this week.

“First Tonight Show Jan 2009 ———-> Latest Tonight Show Mar 2025,” she wrote on Instagram alongside the side-by-side snaps.

In the 2009 photo, Glaser is nearly unrecognizable: fair-skinned, minimal makeup, and dressed in a black ensemble with a blazer and knee-high boots.

But in her 2025 glow-up shot, she looks radiant in a metallic silver mini-dress, flaunting her toned legs, a deep tan, and full glam makeup.

Many fans took to the comment section to praise the transformation. "Aging in reverse," one user penned, while another remarked: "Yesterday and today and tomorrow: A whip-smart bombshell."

A third commented: "Getting hotter and looking hotter!!!" and a fourth added: "That’s what I call a GLOW UP."

The stand-up comic, who lit up the 2025 Golden Globes as host back in January, didn’t just spark buzz with her transformation; she also stirred controversy with her unapologetic stance on cosmetic surgery and Ozempic during her Tonight Show chat.

“Oh, I love it, I love. I’m like, do it, do it. I have no judgment,” she said about people using the weight-loss medication. “If you want to do Ozempic, hell yeah, girl.”

Glaser went even harder, criticizing the shame thrown at users of the diabetes drug for weight loss.

“That shame comes from thin people who want you to stay fat,” she argued. “They’re so mad… But they can’t say it right. They just go, ‘You’re stealing medicine from diabetics who need it.’ That’s their excuse. Like anyone’s ever cared about someone with diabetes who doesn’t have it.

“It’s suddenly all these thin white women who are like, ‘Diabetics need their meds.’ No, I think you’re upset that Kathy Bates has a thigh gap,” she joked. “She’s coming for you. That’s more what it could be about, I think.”

Glaser also openly embraced plastic surgery during her chat with Fallon, saying she’s not only unbothered by the stigma - she’s got a facelift scheduled.

“Wait till the facelift,” she said. “That’s coming. August 2026. I’m gonna do it. I have no problem with that.

“There’s kind of a stigma around getting face work or investing in your beauty and doing all these procedures. And there is maybe a little bit of a sadness to it, but I kind of also am like, ‘Well, it makes my life better,'" she added.

Glaser didn’t mince words about the perks that come with glow-ups either: “People treat you better when you’re hotter. It’s just a fact. It’s a sad fact of life.”
