Jessica Alves, formerly known as the 'Human Ken Doll', has shared the results of her 12th nose job, the Daily Mail reports.

The 37-year-old reality star has revealed her new look on Instagram after the latest procedure, which was carried out by Prof. Dr. Ali Gürlek in Istanbul, Turkey.

Alves told Mail Online that she had previously had a lot of problems with nose jobs, including infections from cartilage provided by a donor a few years ago. Her previous nose job, which took place in Iran last year, cleared her nose and removed all the cartilage. Now, Dr. Ali Gürlek has reportedly used cartilage from Alves' ear, which she says has enabled her to breathe much better.

Per news.com.au, Alves has undergone upwards of 100 cosmetic procedures, totaling an eye-watering cost of roughly $1 million.

The reality star previously took to Instagram to share pictures of herself after undergoing a botched chin filler procedure that she says left her with a hole in her chin.

“I had a very bad infection; the product has been pouring out of my chin. It has been really bad.”

She explained that she had the procedure done at a hair salon in Essex, England, by someone who was "nearly trained".

“I am very experienced when it comes to plastic surgery and aesthetic procedures,” she said. “I have learned my lesson throughout the years but I insisted I needed that filler and now I have a big hole on my chin,” she continued, adding that the ordeal has been "frustrating", before removing a band aid to show her followers how deep the hole in her chin is.

A day later, Alves revealed that she'd undergone successful surgery to clear the infection and "fix" the hole.

She also issued some advice to her followers regarding cosmetic procedures.

“If you do any injectable or fillers, I advise you to have someone who is highly trained and experienced such as a doctor or plastic surgeon,” she said.

Jessica also previously took to Instagram to showcase her tiny waist and feminine figure in a stunning post in which she is slaying in a leopard-print swimsuit.

However, Alves got candid with her 1.1 million followers, as she wrote in the caption that she just wants to be "accepted". Alongside the poolside snap, she wrote:

"I'd love for people to accept me just as me, but I know that I generate a strong response; I always have - my name, my looks, my size."

It would also appear that Alves has turned off comments on the post, but it has amassed over 39,000 likes in under 24 hours.

Speaking on UK talk show  This Morning last month, Alves said that once she has completed her transition, she will "be done" with cosmetic surgery for good, adding: "I still need two or three more surgeries to complete my transition, and then I swear I will be done with plastic surgery – there is only so much one can take."

Alves then spoke about the personal pressures of living as a man wanting to be a woman and the risks of the transitioning process. She said:

"Yes, it is scary, but it’s what I have to do to be the person I am today. I don’t wish that I transitioned earlier, I had to go through all that experience as a man and that suffering I was going through inside myself.

"Having said that, surgery can be risky and unhealthy. I’m a very healthy person, I don’t drink, I eat well, I sleep well, and I have a lot of exams like blood tests, to make sure I’m okay to go through it."
