If there's one person out there who we all know doesn't mince his words, it's Gordon Ramsay.
The TV chef has become famous for his foul-mouthed rants, and if you manage to incur his legendary wrath then you might well end up on a YouTube compilation of his greatest hits.
For instance, this week a video Ramsay has posted has gone viral on social media, after he responded to a vegan activist who tried to discourage him from his carnivorous lifestyle choices with a musical routine.
According to Insider, it all began when vegan TikTok user named That Vegan Teacher (aka Miss Kadie) shared a song which she wrote and performed specifically for Ramsay, urging him to give up meat-eating.
In the video in question, the Canadian vegan sings: "Eating animals is wrong, Gordon Ramsay. Hurting animals is wrong, Gordon Ramsay.
"Share this song, and if you call me a donut that's fine, as long as you're vegan from now on."
The original video now boasts over 4.5 million views as of the time of writing, and as a result, it was inevitable that Ramsay himself would respond.
In a video posted to his own TikTok account, and to his official Instagram account as well, Ramsay can be seen watching Miss Kadie's video and listening to the song while chewing a piece of lettuce, before scoffing down a juicy beefburger with relish as the song nears its end and calling the woman a "vegan donut."
He captioned his post: "It's an honor a song was written about me...and now back to my beef burger. [sic]"
A number of other social media users have since reacted to Ramsay's response.
For instance, one Instagram user wrote: "Vegan donut ... you're noo much."
Another commenter wrote: "OMG! I'm done! Please share the burger! Add 6 patties please. [sic]"
Another person chimed in: "I'm a vegan and I still think Gordon did the right thing here [...] eat that burger Chef."
Finally, someone else added: "You want an atomic pepper Mr Manolino??? [sic]"
