Gwen Stefani has delighted her fans by posing in the same iconic outfit she wore in the music video for her 1995 hit, 'Just a Girl'.

What's even more remarkable is that - despite the single being released 25 years ago in 1995 - Stefani looks exactly the same.

In case you're unaware, Stefani is the vocalist and frontwoman of the ska/rock band No Doubt, who enjoyed incredible success throughout the 1990s and early 2000s with hits like 'Spiderwebs', 'Don't Speak', 'Hey Baby', and 'Just a Girl'.

The latter of which was accompanied by a now-iconic music video that featured the band playing in a public restroom. However, it will always be Stefani's jaw-dropping outfit that people remember the most.

In fact, back in 2012, MTV's Gil Kaufman wrote of Stefani's appearance in the video: "From her platinum blonde hair, forehead bindi, ruby red lips and crop tops to the push-ups she bangs out at the end, the video was the world's first glimpse at what would become Stefani's iconic look and stage persona."

And it would appear that Stefani - now 51 years old - has the Fountain of Youth in her backyard, because the singer has once again donned her 'Just a Girl' outfit, and looks exactly the same as she did 25 years ago.

Gwen wore the outfit as a part of the cover art for her upcoming single 'Let Me Introduce Myself', which she shared with her 10.8 million followers yesterday (December 4).

She captioned the image: "LET ME REINTRODUCE MYSELF [...] new single coming 12/7 gx".

In the post, Setfani has updated the 1995 look by ditching the forehead bindi, wearing a pair of heels and adding two gold necklaces that read "Stefani" and "Shelton" (as in fiancé Blake Shelton).

The cover art shows "1995 Gwen" pointing at a more current version of herself, in which she wears an intricate bralet, Daisy Dukes, and thigh-high boots.

The Instagram post has already amassed over 142,000 likes, and over on Twitter, it has been retweeted 2.6K times and counting.

Back in 2019, Stefani appeared on The View, where she spoke about the 'Just a Girl' single after it was featured in the MCU movie Captain Marvel.

On the show, she explained the meaning behind the lyrics, saying: "When I wrote the song, I was just so naive. I hadn't written many songs, nobody knew - I didn't even know who I was.

"I wrote this song because I was just getting in touch with that feeling, when you're born, if you're a female, you just don't think about it, you're just a human and through life, you get this power through your sexuality, but then you're vulnerable at the same time because all a sudden you're a victim."

She added: "You have all these awarenesses as you're getting older. I never thought anyone would hear the song or I would be sitting here talking about it all these years later. I feel proud of it."

One thing's for sure - there's "no doubt" Gwen still looking amazing 25 years on.
