Heidi Klum teased fans with the very first look at her Halloween costume on Friday, October 30.
Taking to Instagram, the 47-year-old supermodel posted two videos featuring the sneak peek of this year's highly anticipated costume.
One of the posts featured a timelapse video, with the caption: "First you see me, now you don’t! The transformation begins… #HeidiHalloween2020".

Heidi, with her famous blonde locks tied up, can be seen lying on a mattress.
Black and gray paint had been used to make the bed sheets resemble marble. The mom-of-four wears a white bra and low-rise panties with the same marble-like pattern. She also wears a blue protective face mask.
The German America's Got Talent judge lays completely still as a team of three paint on the model's costume, covering her legs and belly with gray and white body paint. They then paint veiny lines of black, which resemble cracks, all over her body.

By the end of the video, Heidi’s body almost completely blends in with the bedsheets. Her left hand, both feet, her face, and hair are the only parts of her body that were not applied with gray, black, and white body paint.
While the costume is still very much an enigma, Heidi's caption, "First you see me, now you don't", seems to suggest that she wants to create the illusion that she's disappeared.

Heidi, who has been married to German singer Bill Kaulitz, 31, since 2019, is renowned for elaborate Halloween costumes.
Each year, the TV personality goes all out with special effects teams and makeup artists to completely transform herself into her annual Halloween character.
Last year, she impressed her fans with a sci-fi costume. She dressed as an eerie-looking cyborg with exposed organs. The costume was made up of silver tubes and bolts which looked as though they were emerging from her flesh.
As is the case pretty much every year, the look required extensive use of prosthetics.
