Back in February, 102 million people tuned in to watch a disappointing Super Bowl showdown between the San Francisco 49ers and eventual champions the Kansas City Chiefs. Fortunately, the energetic halftime show made up for a rather lackluster game of football.
Taking to the stage, Jennifer Lopez, 50, and Shakira, 43, performed a plethora of their greatest hits, as well proving they have found the secret to eternal youth with their energetic and sexy dance routines.
J-Lo also shocked the world by performing with her daughter Emmé at the show:

Now, the 'Booty' singer has shared a behind-the-scenes video of her teaching 'Hips Don't Lie' singer Shakira how to shake her... booty.
Sharing the collection of throwback clips with her 119 million Instagram followers, Lopez accompanied the post with the caption:
"I can’t believe it’s already been 3 months since the #SuperBowlLIV #Halftime Show! So much has happened since then, but I wanted to share a fun peek behind the scenes at our first rehearsal with the dancers and @Shakira"

In the fourth video along, Lopez can be heard explaining to Shakira how she shakes her moneymaker, saying: "I do it with my knees, I shake my knees,"
She then jokes to Shakira: "My mom taught me that when I was 4."
And the BTS moment did not go unnoticed in J-Lo's comments section:
One Instagram user even joked: "Trying to listen very carefully to jlo telling shakira how to shake butt so that I can know and also be elite [sic]".
In less than 24 hours, the post has already amassed over 1.9 million likes and received more than 15,000 comments from fans.

The 'On The Floor' singer also shared some touching and inspiring words with her Instagram followers to help them cope with the ongoing outbreak. Writing alongside a series of snaps of her on a trampoline, the singer said:
"In this time, when it's so easy to get down and think of all the things going wrong and what we don't have and don't know the answers to... I make it a habit to say three things I'm grateful for as soon as I open my eyes and then at night when I'm lying in bed I list three good things out loud that happened that day.

Lopez added: "Could be anything... and I try to change them so they are not the same [every day]. Stay positive and stay safe. Love you and miss you all... together we will soon be."
