As fans continue to grieve the loss of actor and MMA star Jason David Frank, his daughter has now shared a touching tribute to her father.
Two weeks ago, it was revealed that the actor - perhaps best known to fans for his portrayal of Tommy Oliver in the Power Rangers franchise - had died at the age of 49.
In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Frank's widow spoke out about how her husband died, telling the publication: "My name is Tammie Frank, and my husband was Jason David Frank, who tragically lost his life to suicide just last week."
"While Jason was a well-known name to some, we lived a very normal life with ups and downs, just like anyone else. It has shocked and saddened me beyond belief to see that the media has turned my family's tragedy into a tall tale."
Tammie Frank went on to add: "The truth is, I had no idea that Jason was thinking of ending things. Yes, he had struggled with mental health issues and depression before, but I could never predict what would happen that night.
"It was meant to be a fun weekend getaway, and instead, I lost the love of my life. Jason was a good man, but he was not without his demons. He was human, just like the rest of us."
Now, Frank's daughter has taken to social media to pen another heart-aching tribute to the beloved Power Rangers star.
Sharing a carousel of photos showing the dad and daughter together throughout her life, Jenna Frank wrote: "Dear Dad,
I never thought I would see this day ..especially not this soon."
The mourning daughter continued: "You are more than my dad, You are my Bestfriend."
Jenna went on to say that the dad-and-daughter duo "literally" did everything together - from traveling the world to laughing and crying together.
"I am so so broken," she writes, before adding: "I love you more than I could ever describe You are the light of my world. The reason why I push so hard. You have taught me so many things. You have touched and healed so many people. The whole world loves you.
"To see the impact [he] had on the world makes me the happiest person ever. You are now my biggest guardian Angel. we love you pops until we meet again."
After making his Power Rangers in season one in 1993 as the Green Ranger, he would later go on to transform into the White Ranger and align with the Power Rangers as a result of his popularity among fans.
In total, Frank appeared in 123 episodes of the show as part of the main cast.
Frank would go on to appear in multiple Power Rangers shows, movies, and video games within the franchise. These included Wild Force, Turbo, Zeo, Dino Thunder, Megaforce, Ninja Steel, and HyperForce. Additionally, as well as being the White and Green Ranger, Frank would also don the Black and Red Ranger suits throughout his character arc.
As an athlete, Frank held multiple belts in an array of mixed martial arts. These included an 8th dan black belt in Shotokan Karate, a black belt in Taekwondo, a black belt in Judeo, and a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
In the MMA world, Frank made his highly anticipated MMA debut in January 2010, defeating Jonathon "The Mack Truck" Mack in the first round.
Our thoughts continue to go out to to Franks family at this time.
