Al Pacino has left social media aghast after a recent snap revealed the legendary actor's choice of cell phone case.
The 81-year-old Scarface star recently sat down for a dinner with some friends, including beloved Game of Thrones actor Jason Momoa.
Momoa, 42, marked the occasion by taking to Instagram to share a snap of the famous group all sat around a dinner table. He captioned the post: "amazing night @pacegallery Julian Schnabel’s -for ESME’ with Love and Squalor so thankful to enjoy dinner with legends."
However, although many of the Aquaman star's fans were surprised to see Pacino breaking bread with Momoa, others were more interested in a subtle detail that lay on the table in front of the Scarface icon.
Sharing some zoomed-in snaps of the photo, one Twitter user queried: "Al’s headphones continue to be iconic, but I need a full investigation on whatever the f**k is supposed to be on his iPhone case."
Well, it wasn't long before the internet sleuths got to work - and the results were rather surprising.
"OH MY GOD," the same Twitter user wrote, as they shared a screenshot of a $12.95 cell phone case from Amazon adorned with a collage of everyone's favorite green ogre, Shrek.

Replying to one shocked Twitter user who believed the snap had to be photoshopped, another person responded by sharing snaps showing Pacino using a phone the same case:
And it would appear as if Pacino is certainly a fan of using wired headphones:
And in a Daily Mail article posted earlier today, Pacino appears to be brandishing the same cell phone with the wired headphones.
But none of this was concrete evidence until somebody reached out to Al's daughter, Olivia Pacino, to get the answer we were all looking for.
Writing to Olivia in an Instagram message, one fan asked: "hi olivia, sorry for the random question but there's a bunch of people (including me) going crazy on twitter because they saw a picture of al in which it seems he has a shrek phone case? is that [possible]? because that would be iconic".
Olivia then confirmed the news, writing: "Yes it is hahaha!!"
Case closed. It would appear that Al Pacino does, in fact, have a Shrek phone case.
