For many people, 13 Going On 30 is one of the most nostalgic movies ever made.

The 2004 rom-com tells the story of Jenna Rink, a 13-year-old girl who can't wait to grow up. But when her nerdy friend helps grant her wish to grow up, Jenna wakes up the next day to discover she's transformed overnight into a fully-grown woman.

Jenna (played for the rest of the film by Jennifer Garner) then has to struggle with the pressures of being a single, adult career woman, and the many pitfalls that come with it.

The teenage version of Jenna was originally played by a young actress named Christa Allen. A lot of time has passed since the movie came out, and now Christa is almost as old as Jenna suddenly became.

The now 28-year-old Christa has managed to become something of a celebrity on TikTok, with her account boasting 898,8oo followers and over 16 million likes.

In an awesome throwback shared with her fans this Halloween, the actress took to TikTok and returned to the role of Jenna Rink, by donning the same striped Versace dress that Garner herself wore in one scene.

With Witney Houston's 'I Wanna Dance With Somebody'playing in the background, Christa can be dancing and posing in-character. She captioned the post: "Jenna Rink forever."

Christa also took to her official Instagram account to share videos and pictures she'd been sent of other fans dressing up as her character for Halloween.

And many of Christa's followers couldn't help but notice the striking resemblance she has to Jennifer Garner:

In a post made on her Instagram stories, she wrote to her 281,000 followers:

"My TikTok mentions are flooded with your duets, with your interpretations on this character, your Jenna Rink Halloween costumes, and I just want to say that I see you, and it fills my heart with so much joy that we can share this movie and this character!! [sic]"

In a follow-up, she continued:

But Christa isn't the only cast member who has been getting nostalgic about the movie. When the film had its 16th anniversary, Mark Ruffalo took to his official Twitter account and shared a picture of himself and Garner snuggling up next to one another.

Ruffalo wrote to his 6.9 million followers:

Social media users have been doing a double-take after seeing recent paparazzi images of Ben Affleck and his daughter, Violet.

The actor, 50, was pictured strolling in Savannah, Georgia, with his eldest child ahead of his second wedding to Jennifer Lopez this weekend. His new bride of one month wasn't far behind.

Page Six posted a series of pics showing Affleck with his daughter, who Instagram users say looks like the spitting image of her mom, Jennifer Garner.

Violet, 16, joined her father as he prepared for his second wedding ceremony to chart-topper Jennifer Lopez - who are due to once again exchange vows this weekend.

The images clearly confused Instagram users, who couldn't believe how much Violet resembled her famous mom.

"Violet is a mini Jen Garner, wow!" One user exclaimed.

Violet looked almost identical to a recent image Jennifer Garner posted on her Instagram, where she was also seen to be wearing a similar dress and shoes as her daughter.

Affleck shares three children with ex Garner - Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. The couple married in 2005, but filed for divorce in 2017, per Cosmopolitan.

In 2021, Affleck began dating Jennifer Lopez, two decades after they first met in 2001.

Now, Affleck and Lopez are set to walk down the aisle for a second time at his private estate in Georgia this weekend, with their closest friends and family, per Page Six. The star couple, who were previously engaged in 2002, originally tied the knot Vegas style in July.

Details of the weekend-long affair for Affleck and Lopez were revealed by Page Six, which reports that the celebration would start on Friday (August 19) with a rehearsal dinner. The official ceremony will be held on Saturday, before the famous couple's guests reconvene for a final party with a Sunday barbecue.

Lopez, who has now been married four times, will allegedly be walking down the aisle in a custom wedding dress designed by Ralph Lauren.

E! News reported that around 100 guests will be in attendance this weekend, including Affleck's best friend, Matt Damon, and Lopez's close girlfriend, Leah Remini.

In between her busy filming schedule, Jennifer Garner can be found looking after her three adorable kids, reaping the harvest from her little home farm or – er – walking the chickens.

The life of the 46-year-old certainly looks idyllic (becoming a chicken lady is such #goals), though you've got to admit it seems pretty busy.

However, the 13 Going on 30 actress has revealed that she never skips a workout, and it's all thanks to one super clever hack. She told Women's Health that she's a very early riser, with her alarm going off at 5:15 in the morning. Yikes. Not only that, but she gets out of bed and heads straight to the gym.

"I pop out of bed and hit the gym, even if I'm not fully awake," she said, adding that it's the only way she can't come up with excuses to convince herself not to do a workout.

"The first thing I do is work out before I talk myself out of it," she revealed. "I have my clothes laid out already (something I do the night before) and the coffee maker set so I can't make excuses — whether I'm exhausted or not."

It definitely makes sense – it's all too common to plan to hit the gym after work, only to get home and tell yourself it's too late to get changed and head out again, that you should probably finish your latest online clothes order, or that you deserve that glass of wine at the bar around the corner with your friends instead.

Garner said that even if she doesn't have much time, she makes sure to at least do some form of exercise, saying that "consistency" and building a lifestyle habit is key.

"Don’t let perfect get in the way of good," she said. "Don’t tell yourself 'I can’t work out because I don’t have an hour.' Do the 15 minutes you have and feel good about it. Exercise is about consistency."

In terms of what she does at the gym, Garner says she's partial to a fun music-driven cardio workout called Body by Simone.

"It’s a cardio workout, so you’re on the trampoline or you’re dancing–music is a big part of it. If she's not around to train me, I use her app to follow the workouts. They just make me happy! Even if I can only do it for 20 minutes, I make sure I'm sweating by the end, and that's a victory. I don't judge myself."

After the gym, she has a shower and freshens up before making breakfast for herself and her three kids, who she had with ex-husband Ben Affleck.

"Sometimes I have a smoothie, but I'm an eggs and avocado kinda girl. That's scrambled eggs with the yolk," she says. Her Instagram is proof that eggs laid by her many chickens are a key component of her diet.

"If I don’t get to cook my kids an entire meal, I focus on feeling good about what I can cook. I try my best not to give into guilt," she added.

Well, they all sound like excellent rules to live by. I for one am definitely trying the hack of laying out my gym clothes and setting the alarm early more often.
