Kanye West has deleted his social media after announcing a new X-rated business venture.

Over the past few years, West, who also goes by Ye now, has garnered a lot of attention both online and offline for his unique, and often chaotic, decisions.

From using his mobile device to record his low-budget Super Bowl advert, to his random outbursts on Instagram, the star has now made a name for himself as being one of the most unpredictable celebrities out there.

But his newest announcement is probably his most daring yet.

The rapper took to Twitter, better known now as X, and Instagram to announce that he would be launching a p*rn studio under his brand, Yeezy.

The post, which consisted of a plain white background with black text read: "YEEZY P*RN IS C*MMING" alongside the date: "4 24 24."

And let's just say his fans were not happy about the venture.

"Kanye West launching “YEEZY P*RN”... he is losing it again... he went from YEEZUS to YEEZP*RN... at this point the only way for Kanye to really change is to get out of the ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESS, because it is destroying him! PRAY for this brother!" wrote one user while another added: "Who tf told Kanye west it was a good idea to release his own brand of p*rn?????"

A third also accused the star of turning to the Devil.

"...What happened to you supposedly being Christian? Christ would not be involved in p*rn, this is of the devil."

Another agreed, commenting: "You sold your soul to the devil."

Instead of the Devil, the 46-year-old was looking to collaborate with Mike Moz, a notorious producer and director in the adult entertainment industry.

Moz was also previously married to the former adult star, Stormy Daniels.

After the bold announcement, the backlash got so intense that West has now deleted his social media accounts across all platforms including X and Instagram.

The decision to start producing X-rated content comes just over a year after the star was allegedly vocal on social media about being anti-p*rn.

As per a report by Newsweek, West has previously slammed this type of content via a series of tweets, stating that it "destroyed [his] family."

"The use of P*rn destroyed my family but Jesus will heal everything," he allegedly wrote back in 2022.

Another tweet read: "Remove any and all forms of p*rnography from Twitter and every platform. P*rnography is the product of [pedophilia]. When grown men look at p*rn they are watching someone's daughter relive trauma for money."

Back in 2019, the 'Praise God' singer also admitted that he was a recovering p*rn addict.

Speaking to Zane Lowe on Apple Music's Beats 1 Radio, he recalled seeing explicit content from the age of five.

"For me, Playboy was my gateway into full on p*rnography addiction. My dad had a Playboy left out at age five and it's affected almost every choice I made for the rest of my life," he told the host. "From age five till now, having to kick the habit and it just presents itself in the open like it's OK and I stand up and say: 'No, it's not OK.'"

Three years later, during a bitter feud with his ex-wife Kim Kardashian over their children's schooling, he claimed p*rn had "destroyed" his family.

The following year, he claimed to have a p*rn addiction while denouncing his former mother-in-law Kris Jenner.

In a post on Instagram, he wrote: Don't let Kris make you do playboy like she made Kyle and Kim do,' he urged Kylie Jenner's former assistant.

"Hollywood is a giant brothel P*rnography destroyed my family I deal with the addiction Instagram promotes it Not gonna let it happen to Northy and Chicago," he added, referring to his two daughters.

Now that Ye has deleted his social media accounts, many are wondering whether he will follow through with the creation of a studio dedicated to explicit content.

We'll just have to wait (and hopefully not) see.
