Katy Perry has gotten super real about her pregnancy, after she shared pictures of her swollen belly button with fans on Instagram.

As we all know, Perry is pregnant, with her and fiancé Orlando Bloom expecting a baby girl sometime this summer. She announced the news of her pregnancy to her delighted fans in the music video for her single Never Worn White.

She later wrote on Twitter, "love u guys so much. was a bit nervous about sharing something so personal like the song n the bump n I hv never gotten this much love n support, it’s overwhelmingly lovely. thank u"

Of course, much of Perry's pregnancy has been spent in quarantine due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, and she's been open with how she's dealt with the highly unusual set of circumstances during her pregnancy.

"Even though I can get highly annoyed by being quarantined with my family in close quarters ... I feel we've laid a new foundation within our family," she told Extra back in April, "There's a bond that's even stronger. We have some horrible days where I want to cry, but I believe when we look back at this, for myself, it will be this beautiful bond that we created."

She also spoke to Good Morning America about the struggles of having pregnancy cravings during quarantine.

"You hear stories of a pregnant woman craving something and the husband or fiancé goes and rushes to the grocery store at two in the morning," she said, "It's like, 'Do you really need that pickle? Do you want to risk your life for a pickle?'"

And now, Perry has once again opened up to her fans about the ways in which pregnancy is affecting her body, after she shared pictures of her swollen belly button on a video posted to her Instagram story.

In the video, she asks her fans "Do you guys wanna see something gross?" before zooming in close on her belly button.

The video was captioned "pregnancy realness" along with the nauseous emoji. In a later video, she asked her fans, "Do you guys wanna see something gorgeous?" before revealing her stunning look of the day.

Katy Perry has previously spoken about experiencing "waves of depression" amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

"Sometimes i don’t know what’s worse trying to avoid the virus or the waves of depression that come with this new norm [sic]," she wrote on Twitter.
