Katy Perry shows of her 'quarantine' look in relatable Instagram post

Now that the coronavirus pandemic has forced people around the world to stay indoors, it's fair to say that the vast majority of us won't be keeping up with our usual standards of grooming and self-care.

Yes, instead of trim suits, shirts, and shiny shoes, most will opt instead for shorts, sweatpants, and flip flops while stuck inside. 2020 is not the best time to be a fashionista.

Katy Perry's Instagram blew up recently when she broke the news that she was pregnant with Orlando Bloom's baby:

It seems as though even celebrities are ditching their red carpet garments in favor of comfier clothes. For instance, pop musician Katy Perry has taken to Instagram this week to show off her casual 'quarantine look.'

Taking to her official Instagram account, Perry uploaded two pictures of herself, one showing her wearing a glamourous dress and strappy heels while in Hawaii, and a more recent selfie showing her makeup-free and dressed in a simple, fluffy bathrobe.

She captioned her post: "Pre-quarantine ... mid-quarantine ... Hope your stay-at-home plans tonight include joining me for a beautiful and breezy episode of #AmericanIdol, taped in heavenly Hawaii back in January and February [sic]."

As you can see, Katy's Instagram followers adored her post, and many of them took to the comments to remark upon how beautiful she looked dressed up or dressed down.

For instance, one person wrote: "Gorgeous even when in quarantine [sic]", while another person chimed in: "You’re literally GLOWING pregnancy looks amazing on you ... stay home and stay safe, we love you ... cant wait to watch tonight [sic]"
