Khloe Kardashian has revealed she made ex Tristan Thompson undergo a vasectomy following his cheating scandal.
Fans of the Kardashians are well-versed with Tristan's cheating saga, after the pair got together in 2016 while Tristan's ex, Jordan Craig, was pregnant with his baby, Prince.
Tristan and Khloe welcomed their first child, True, in April 2018, but the happy moment was mired in controversy after Tristan was found to have cheated during the pregnancy.
Video footage later emerged of Tristan kissing two women in a nightclub and was also alleged to have kissed Jordyn Woods, the then-best friend of Khloe's youngest sister, Kylie Jenner, leading to their split in February 2019.
Khloe and Tristan ended up quarantining together during the Covid-19 pandemic so that they could both be around for True, and ended up rekindling their relationship in August 2020, getting engaged in February 2021, and finally splitting for good in December 2021.
In July 2022, the pair announced they were having their second baby together via surrogate, welcoming their son, Tatum that same month.
Tristan is also father to a son, Theo, who was born in December 2021 to Maralee Nichols, who'd become pregnant while Tristan was dating Khloe.
In a new episode of her podcast, Khloe In Wonderland, she sat down with her ex and revealed he'd finally undergone a vasectomy after having four kids by three different women.
The NBA player said: "I already have enough baby mamas, I don’t want no more," to which she responded: “And who helped you fix that decision? That was me. Tristan may have had a little ultimatum from me."
Tristan then replied: "What? Getting neutered? Yeah. Sometimes you got to lay them nuts on the table."
The 35-year-old confirmed it was Khloe, 41, that pushed him toward the decision, as she added: "Sometimes you have to get forced into the right decision."
However, the prospect of Tristan having more children in the future isn't totally off the table, as Khloe revealed they'd frozen some embryos and sperm to safeguard for the future.
He added: "I think I signed off for two embryos. So, I mean, if I do have more kids, it'd be coming from you."
Khloe then confirmed: "You did save sperm in case you wanted to do that. Because I said, ‘What if you get married and your wife doesn't have kids and you want to do that?’
"So, we did that. But you could also reverse [the vasectomy]."
As for dating in the future, Tristan revealed that he has strict rules over whether he would introduce a partner to his four children.
He explained: "It’s a hard no. I'll just say like I don't think it's wise for parents to introduce a boyfriend or a girlfriend to their kids unless you're going to get married to them.
"Because I'm not going to confuse my kids where if something doesn’t work, then this person is gone and then you have to like kind of like recalibrate everyone's brain."
Tristan added: "The reality is I don't think our kids would ever approve of it. True is very protective of me, and Tatum is - our kids are very protective of each other."
