Khloé Kardashian has had to contend with a lack of privacy for a number of years now — but she's not one for taking sex advice from perfect strangers.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is the new cover star of Cosmopolitan UK, and she opened up to the publication about how she has had to get used to fans being overly familiar to the point of inappropriateness thanks to her family's eponymous reality show.
Speaking to Cosmopolitan UK for their December 2021/January 2022 edition, Khloé opened up about her relationship with her fans.
"It’s sweet – I understand they were trying to be helpful, but I’m beyond talking about sexual positions with a stranger," she continued.
Khloé is speaking about the period when she was married to former NBA star Lamar Odom from 2009 to 2016. During their spin-off series, Khloé & Lamar, the pair were open about the fertility challenges.
The reality star has a three-year-old daughter with Canadian professional basketball player, Tristan Thompson. After a number of cheating scandals surrounding Thompson, the pair called it quits back in June, and are now co-parenting True.
A source told E! Entertainment back in October that there is "no label" on their relationship currently. "They're raising True together," the insider explained. "Tristan is around and Khloe is happy. He's very supportive and there's nobody else in her life."

For those who are missing Keeping Up With The Kardashians desperately, since it aired its last episode on E! back in June, don't fret — the Kardashians and Jenners are returning to our screens next year with a brand new reality series on Hulu.
During an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, as reported by Elle, Khloé hinted that the new Hulu show could drop in early 2022.
"I think in a few months, either end of January, early February," she said. "That's the beauty of Hulu, we're streaming, and we get to have a much quicker turnaround than previously. We're really excited."
