Kim Kardashian has admitted that she owes Kris Humphries an apology for how she ended their marriage after just 72 days.
The 40-year-old reality star opened up open the split during a Keeping Up With The Kardashians reunion special, which was hosted by Andy Cohen. The one-off episode celebrated 20 seasons of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which ended earlier this month after 14 years.
During the show, which aired yesterday (June 17), Kim told Cohen that she "absolutely" owes her ex, a former NBA player, an apology for the way that she ended their marriage, per Insider.
The mom-of-four also explained that she had tried to get in touch with Kris "for months" after their divorce but never heard back.
Elsewhere during the televised chat, Kim spoke about feeling pressured to go ahead with her wedding to Kris in 2011 as they had agreed to film the ceremony for the Keeping Up With Th Kardashians – and she didn't want to be known as "the runaway bride forever".
It was at that point that Kris Jenner, the socialite's mom, revealed that she had told her daughter to think twice before getting married if she has cold feet.
Kim recalled the momager telling her: "Go. I'm going to put you in a car. No one will find you. Just leave and I'll handle it."
The billionaire entrepreneur said she had realized she'd "made the wrong decision" regarding getting married while on their honeymoon in Italy. She said she felt "claustrophobic" as she looked at his shoes in their hotel room.

"I was so nervous to break up with someone," Kim added. "I totally handled it the wrong way. I fully broke up with him in the worst way, and I just didn't know to deal. I learned so much from it."
She also went on to say that in 2015, four years after the breakup, he made it clear that he still didn't want to talk to her when they bumped into each other.
"I had North in my hand. I had my big huge belly — I was about to give birth to Saint," Kim said. "All of his friends got up and said 'Hi' to me, and he looked at me and wouldn't even speak to me."
The KUWTK star shot down claims that she married the 36-year-old athlete for publicity.
Kim had filed for divorce just two months into their marriage and it was finalized in 2013 -–not long before she and Kanye West welcomed their firstborn, North.
