Kim Kardashian's ex, Ray J, has told fans he likely has just months left to live as his health is failing.
The 45-year-old singer and TV personality took to social media to share the heartbreaking update with his followers.
Speaking during a live stream this week, Ray J - who was recently hospitalized - told his followers: "2027 is definitely a wrap for me," while waving his hand in front of his neck.
As a friend off camera replied: "No, don't say that brother," Ray J responded: "That's what the doctors say."
The friend then tried to reassure him that he will "live long to see your children grow up", to which Ray J clarified that the right side of his heart was "black… it’s like done.”
He revealed: "I f**ked up. I thought I could handle all the alcohol, I could handle all the Adderall, I could handle all the drugs, I could handle everything but I couldn’t.
"I f**ked up and it curved my time here. I f**ked up real bad."
He revealed that he would drink "four or five bottles a day" of alcohol while taking 10 Adderall tablets and feeling like he was "indestructible" until his health began failing.
Ray J also revealed that his parents were coming to take him to his next check-up and that his sister, singer Brandy, was "paying my bills for me for the rest of the year".
It comes just days after Ray J gave his followers an update on his health, telling them: "I want to thank everybody for praying for me, I was in the hospital.
"My heart is only beating like 25 percent but as long as I stay focused, and stay on the right path, then everything will be alright, so thank you for all your prayers."
He revealed that he is also traveling to Haiti in around two weeks to undergo alternative treatments in order to try and extend his life expectancy.
According to reports from TMZ, Ray J was hospitalized in Las Vegas earlier in the month after suffering heart pains and a severe case of pneumonia.
It comes four years after a previous bout of pneumonia left him on oxygen for some time.
Ray J, born William Ray Norwood Jr., rose to fame in the late 90s with the single 'One Wish', before becoming a regular fixture on reality television.
He famously became embroiled in controversy after his relationship with Kim Kardashian, following the release of their 2007 sex tape.
