Kim Kardashian's all-black Met Gala outfit has received the meme treatment online.
The reality star, 40, turned heads at the event by turning up in an all-black bodysuit that included a full face covering - with her long hair scraped back into a ponytail that dangled behind her, as per the Independent.
The outfit, which was made by Demna Gvasalia, the creative director of Balenciaga, also included a long black trail, as well as gloves that ensured no part of Kim's skin was on show.
Needless to say, the outfit received quite the reaction online, especially as it was such a dramatic contrast from the diamanté gown worn by Kim's sister, Kendal Jenner, which created the perfect meme material.
Comparing the two sisters, one Twitter user wrote: "Glinda The good witch and a dementor #MetGala"
A second joked: "Kim looks like the Grim Reaper coming to collect Kendall's soul."
A third wrote: "me and my anxiety when i go out #MetGala #MetGala2021 [sic]"
A fourth then compared Kim to a Dementor, sharing two comparison pictures and writing: "spot the difference Kim Kardashian x Dementor #MetGala #MetGala2021 [sic]"
Meanwhile, The Cut joked: "Might not look like it, but Kim Kardashian is here #MetGala"
Another Twitter user shared a picture of Kim and Kendal and wrote: "when you don't unlock the next character until level 23 #MetGala #MetGala2021 #KimKardashian."
But perhaps most hilariously of all, this Twitter user wrote: "The shadow of Kim Kardashian showing up at the Met Gala."
This is not the first time that Kim has recently stepped out in an all-black outfit, and last week, she wore a black leather dominatrix-style outfit when she arrived in New York ahead of the Met Gala.
As was the case at the event itself, Kim's ponytail could be seen poking out through the back of the outfit.
She subsequently posted a series of pictures of it with a knife emoji on Instagram.
It too was made by Balenciaga outfit and included a full facemask complete with eye slits, the Daily Mail reports.
