Kylie Jenner has taken to Instagram to show off her natural hair, promising to "give it more love" in the future.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, 23-year-old Jenner ditched her trademark wigs and extensions, and treated her 203 million followers to her "natural" hair.
Alongside a selfie showing off her short bob, Jenner wrote: "my real hair is cuuute i gotta give it more love [sic]".
Jenner also showed off her short red locks in a post in which she posed while holding nephew Psalm (Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's youngest son).
Jenner jokingly captioned the series pics: "the cool aunt".
This isn't the first time this year Jenner has ditched hair extensions and showed off her natural hair length (see video below). However, seeing as Jenner isn't wearing a wig in the pics, this does mean that she has opted to dye her hair red, as opposed to the lighter shades we saw in the summer.
Jenner debuted the darker color earlier this week, as she posed in a crop top and red leather pants. Posing for the camera and flicking her red locks, she captioned the post: "what should we name her?"
A popular answer to Kylie's question was "Ariel" - presumably after the red-headed Disney princess in The Little Mermaid:
And Kylie isn't the only celebrity to show off their natural hair on social media recently.
Last month, rapper Nicki Minaj revealed her natural hair on social media, and her fans were begging her to ditch the wigs and leave it alone.
The 37-year-old 'Superbass' star is currently adjusting to life as a new mom, after giving birth to her first child (whose name is yet to be revealed) on September 30, TMZ reports.
And it seems that her newborn son - whom she shares with husband Kenneth Petty - may already be having a huge impact on the chart-topper's life, as Nicki embraced her natural hair in a post to her 124 million followers.
And it is safe to say that her fans LOVE it.
Ariana Grande also shocked her fans recently after taking down her iconic long ponytail and showing off her natural hair:The rapper captioned the post: "If I perm my hair it’s gon b touchin my booty. Should I perm it yall? Real hair to match my real big ol ghetto booty. Ugh love this for me. [sic]"
The post proved popular among her adoring fans, with many of them taking to the comments section calling for Minaj to ditch her trademark colorful wigs, skip the perms, and keep her beautiful natural hair.
Former Destiny's Child star Kelly Rowland commented: "Keep it natural!! Look at that gorgeous head of hair!!!"
Another Instagram user commented: "Your natural hair is bomb sis!! Keep it that way."
And reality TV star Toya Johnson told Minaj: "No don’t perm it. Just press it out."
