Amid the legal proceedings between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, an alleged voice note has been leaked.

In December, Lively, 37, filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, accusing him of sexual harassment and orchestrating a smear campaign against her after the actors starred in the adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s bestselling novel.

In the bombshell filing, she claimed her director-costar exhibited “disturbing" and “unprofessional” behavior on set, which caused a "hostile work environment" and “grief, fear, trauma, and extreme anxiety," cited by People.

Baldoni's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, slammed the Gossip Girl alum's lawsuit, blasting her allegations as "false, outrageous and intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt," per another report.

Well, new potential evidence has come to light in the form of a leaked voice note, obtained by the Daily Mail.

The authenticity has yet to be verified.

Text messages discussing scene changes between the two actors were released as part of Baldoni's $400 million defamation countersuit against Lively.

In the texts, Lively is said to have expressed her disappointment with Baldoni’s initial response to her tweaks to the film’s rooftop scene.

She also mentioned that her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and her close friend (later revealed to be Taylor Swift) praised the changes.

Baldoni responded, telling Lively he "really love(d) what (she) did" and that her adjustments "made it so much more fun and interesting."

In the nearly 7-minute voice note, Baldoni begins by offering an apology for his previous behavior regarding her script changes.

"I'm really sorry. I for sure fell short and you worked really hard on that," Baldoni is allegedly heard saying in the recording.

"And the way you framed it and how that made you feel, I just want to say thank you for sharing that with me. That takes a lot of trust and vulnerability. I feel really grateful that you feel safe enough to tell me that's how you feel and share that with me. I'm really sorry, I f***ed up."

Baldoni continues, acknowledging his flaws and expressing his willingness to take responsibility: "I admit and apologize when I fail," he says, adding: "I'm a very flawed man as my wife will attest."

He later praised Lively’s inner circle, stating: "Damn right you've got great friends if that's how you felt and they knew that. We should all have friends like that; aside from the fact that they're the two most creative people on the planet. The three of you guys together is unbelievable. Talk about energy; just a force, all three of you."

Baldoni also commended Lively’s scene changes, describing them as "really good" and predicting they would “make the movie sing."

He concluded by expressing excitement to collaborate further, saying: “I’m excited to go through the whole movie with you. I’m just excited to spend time with you.”

The trial is set to begin on March 9, 2026, with a pretrial conference scheduled for February 3, 2025.
