Lily Phillips has released before-and-after footage from her latest OnlyFans stunt involving a custom-built gloryhole and 13 men, and the contrast between the two clips is circulating on TikTok for obvious reasons.
In the before video, she is calm, composed, and camera-ready.
In the after video, she has bloodshot eyes and is wiping herself down while delivering what might be the quote of the week.
"These men have terrible aim. My eyes are wrecked. Wait, some of it is actually in my eye now."
It's... a lot, to say the least.
Phillips, who became one of the most talked-about OnlyFans creators in the world after her '100 men in a day' video went viral last year, had a custom gloryhole contraption built specifically for the shoot.
Photos of the setup, shared with The Tab before filming, showed a wooden structure with multiple openings.
The Tab's description of it as 'something from a SAW movie' is not inaccurate.
Thirteen men took part. Phillips gave what can only be described as an introductory speech to the group beforehand, filmed from inside the contraption as she addressed them through the holes.
She then led them through a group warm-up and stretching session, which was also filmed.
She shook hands with each participant through one of the openings before the shoot began.
She also thanked them all individually afterwards while cleaning herself up, which you have to say is a nice touch.
The before clip shows Phillips looking polished, relaxed, and ready.
The after clip shows her looking like she has been through something that would require a lengthy debrief and possibly an optician.
The bloodshot eyes are the detail everyone has fixated on.
Her explanation for them was delivered with the kind of casual honesty that has made her one of the most-followed creators in the adult space.
Both clips have been reposted across dozens of TikTok clipping accounts, a marketing strategy that has become standard for OnlyFans creators.
Short, non-explicit clips from shoots are posted by fan accounts to drive traffic back to the paid content.
Phillips has previously spoken about the one intimate act she refuses to do with male performers, which made headlines earlier this year.
The gloryhole stunt is a return to form after a period where Phillips appeared to be pivoting away from pure shock content.
Over the past few months, she went on a date with Drake that made international news.
She launched a campaign called 'Headline Newds' in which she strips while presenting climate science facts to her followers in an attempt to get a young audience to engage with environmental issues.
The Tab called it 'bigger than 100 men'.
The climate content was well received.
The Drake date generated tabloid coverage for weeks, and then she built a wooden box with holes in it and invited 13 men over.
Her rival Bonnie Blue has been running similar stunts while pregnant, which has drawn a different kind of attention entirely.
People who follow Phillips for this kind of content thought it was exactly what they signed up for.
People who don't follow her but saw the clips on TikTok had a range of reactions spanning from amusement to genuine concern for her wellbeing.
The stretching video, in particular, has gone viral on its own because of how absurd it looks out of context.
A woman leading a group of men through a warm-up routine before a filmed sexual encounter is not something most people expect to see on their For You page between a cooking video and a cat falling off a shelf.
Phillips, for her part, does not appear to be bothered by any of it.
She has built a career out of doing things that make the internet uncomfortable and then calmly posting the results. The gloryhole stunt is the latest, but it will not be the last.
