Lindsay Lohan has recently become a mother with her husband Bader Shammas, and the baby boy's name has gone down very well with fans.
TMZ confirmed that Lohan and Shammas are "over the moon in love" with their new family member, as they welcomed him in Dubai, where they reside.
The 37-year-old Freaky Friday star and her 36-year-old husband have given their new son a name that has sparked interest from fans across the world.
The happy couple have given their new bundle of joy the name Luai, which is of Arabic origin, and translates to protector.
On social media, supporters have showered the choice with praise. One commenter eloquently expressed: "That's a beautiful name!!"
Others eagerly shared their own connections to Arabic names, with another parent stating: "Congratulations!!! I love the name. My son's name is also Arabic, meaning morning star. Sending you blessings."
Delving into the significance of the name, a third person noted: "In many cultures, parents often name their children with special meanings and symbols."

Academy Award-winning actress Jamie Lee Curtis, who shared the screen with Lohan in Freaky Friday, took to social media to express her delight, affectionately dubbing herself a "movie grandmother".
Taking to Instagram, Curtis wrote: "MAGIC MONDAY! My movie daughter just made me a movie grandmother. Blessings to Lindsay and Bader for the birth of Luai!"
Curtis, who had been a strong supporter throughout Lohan's pregnancy journey, previously shared snapshots from the actress's baby shower, celebrating her growth into motherhood. "My friend and film daughter @lindsaylohan is growing up! So thrilled for her. What a mama she will be," Curtis exclaimed.
Speaking about her relationship with Shammas, Lohan told Cosmopolitan in 2022: "I have an amazing husband, who’s a very calm person. Just the best. And my family. And I feel like I have a small group of good friends who are just really good people. That’s the only support that I really need: friends, family, and loved ones.
"I am the luckiest woman in the world. You found me and knew that I wanted to find happiness and grace, all at the same time," she wrote, alongside a selfie of her and Shammas. "I am stunned that this is my husband. My life and my everything. Every woman should feel like this every day."
