Lizzo has reacted to the brutal South Park's episode about the celebrity use of Ozempic.

In recent years, many stars in the industry have candidly opened up about the weight loss drug that has helped to transform their bodies.

In response to this, the provocative animated series released a recent episode called 'The End of Obesity', which parodies the consumption of Ozempic in Hollywood - and targeted singer Lizzo, who is known for her body positivity.

In the special episode, Eric Cartman tries to get the medication but his insurance won’t cover it so his doctor tells him, “I’m going to write you a prescription for Lizzo," and advises him to "Listen to Lizzo five times a day, and watch her videos just before bedtime," as cited by The New York Post.

The episode then shows a fake onscreen “commercial” with a narrator who says that “FDA-approved Lizzo makes you feel good about your weight".

“In case studies, 70% of patients on Lizzo no longer cared how much they weighed,” the commercial continues. “Lizzo helps you eat everything you want, and keep physical activity to a minimum."

"Stop listening to Lizzo if you experience suicidal thoughts," the narrator advised. "Serious side effects may include pancreatitis, hypothermia, and literally s***ing out of your ears."

The 36-year-old 'About Damn Time' singer "blindly" reacted to the episode on TikTok and remarked that being referenced in a South Park episode was her "worst fear".

However, she took it on the chin and said: "I just feel like damn...I'm really that b***h...I really showed the world how to love yourself and don't give a f**k, to the point that these men in Colorado know who the f**k I am and put it on their cartoon that's been around for 25 years."

"I'm really that b***h and I showed y'all how to not give a f**k and imma keep on showing y'all how to not give a f**k," she said, before singing the commercial song: "Oh Oh Oh...Lizzo."

Many people have praised the 'Truth Hurts' songstress for her response to being mocked on the long-running TV series.

"Good on her for not taking it too seriously but I agree with the overall message of the episode: rich people get Ozempic, poor people get body positivity," one user on X (formerly Twitter) said.

Another shared: "Not a fan of her but glad she took the jab in stride," while someone on TikTok commented: "I could only dream of being a South Park character it's kind of a flex that you made it."

Meanwhile, a fourth exclaimed: "I’m DEAD- they dragged you low to the key."
