Madison LeCroy has shared her best wishes for Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez after they announced their split.

Speaking to Page Six yesterday (April 15), LeCroy of Southern Charm fame kept her response to the breakup short and sweet, saying: "I wish them the best". This comes after Rodriguez, 45, was accused of having an affair with the 30-year-old reality star.

However, LeCroy insisted to Page Six last month that although the two of them had "spoken on the phone", the communication was entirely "innocent".

The Bravo star insisted that they have "never met up", have "never been physical" and "never had any kind of anything. Just an acquaintance."

LeCroy also told the publication: "He’s never physically cheated on his fiancée with me," and added that she’s "talked to him randomly, but not consistent."

Watch as LeCroy claps back at claims that she had an inappropriate relationship with an engaged man:

According to the outlet, rumors of a fling began circulating when it emerged that LeCroy had been FaceTiming an unnamed MLB star who later turned out to be Lopez's fiancé.

LeCroy said to talk show host Andy Cohen of her relationship with the then-unnamed baseball player: "He contacted me, and yes, we DMed, but other than that there was nothing … I’ve never seen him [or] touched him."

After weeks of reports that A-Rod and J-Lo were on the rocks, the pair officially announced on Thursday (April 15) that they had ended their relationship.

In a joint statement to NBC's Today, Lopez and Rodriguez said:

"We have realized we are better as friends and look forward to remaining so. We will continue to work together and support each other on our shared businesses and projects. We wish the best for each other and one another's children.

"Out of respect for them, the only other comment we have to say is thank you to everyone who has sent kind words and support."

The A-listers first started dating in 2017 and were engaged for two years. Lopez shares 13-year-old twins Maximilian "Max" David and Emme Maribel with ex Marc Anthony, while Rodriguez shares daughters Ella, 12, and Natasha, 16, with his ex Cynthia Scurtis.
