Madison LeCroy posed topless as she showered her plastic surgeon with praise on social media.
Taking to her official Instagram account on Saturday, February 13, the 31-year-old Southern Charm star uploaded a black-and-white topless picture of herself, which she shared with her 445,400 followers on the platform.
In a lengthy caption, LeCroy wrote:
"Plastic surgery. Two words I hadn’t given much thought to. I never thought I would need, much less want, plastic surgery. However, after giving birth to an 10lb baby eight years ago, I no longer felt confident in my own skin.
"I’ve always been fitness obsessed and aware of what I was eating but sometimes, no matter how much you diet and exercise, there are areas that don’t quite bounce back to where they were originally.
"Recently I was introduced to Dr. Patrick O’Neill and he gave me my confidence back and transformed the parts of my body that I was most self-conscious about.
"Women should never be shamed for doing anything that makes themselves more confident or love themselves more. If it makes you feel better about yourself, do it!
If your sister, mother, daughter or friend is considering doing something to boost their confidence and self-worth, then support them! Just like Dolly Parton said: 'If I see something saggin’ , baggin’ or dragin’ , I’m gonna have it nipped, tucked or sucked. [sic]."
LeCroy's post has now accrued more than 48,500 likes and a further 1,666 comments from her many fans as of the time of writing.
For instance, one person wrote: "You do you Madison. Forget what a hater has to say."
Another person added: "Thank you for saying this and not trying to hide it. Hurts my heart that women feel less than when they change something on their body and can't be proud of it. You look great!"
Someone else added: "Love this! You look amazing! If it makes you feel good why not?"
Another fan stated: "You look gorgeous and your confidence is inspiring. Haters gonna hate."
However, another fan alluded to the recent speculation that Madison had secretly hooked up with Alex Rodriguez behind Jennifer Lopez's back, stating: "You know Arod is dying to 'like' this picture haha. [sic]."
According to E! News, rumors of a tryst between LeCroy and Rodriguez were first ignited earlier last month when her Southern Charm co-star, Craig Conover, accused her of cheating on her then-boyfriend Austen Kroll with a Miami-based ex-MLB player.
Shortly after, fellow Southern Charm cast member Andy Cohen added more fuel to the fire by stating that the man LeCroy had cheated with was "very famous" and also married.
Things heated up even further when LeCroy’s Southern Charm co-star Danni Baird appeared to confirm speculation that Rodriguez and LeCroy have been messaging each other while appearing on the podcast Reality Life With Kate Casey.
Baird stated:
"Months before that, I had heard, like, [Madison] had told me that they were face-timing or something and I just assumed. I never asked more about it or anything like that.
So I just kind of forgot about it. It just didn't tie in that he was a Major League Baseball player."
However, LeCroy herself emphatically denied the rumors during an interview with Page Six on Wednesday, February 3.
In it, LeCroy stated that, although she has spoken with Rodriguez on the phone, she's never met him in person, and when asked about the content of their phone calls together, LeCroy stated that they were "innocent".
LeCroy stated: "He’s never physically cheated on his fiancée with me. All this stuff was a year ago [but] it’s being aired now."
