Martin Lawrence has responded to concerns about his health following the premiere of his latest movie.

Bad Boys: Ride Or Die, the fourth installment in the movie franchise, sees Smith and Lawrence reunite forces for one more rodeo in Miami, this time to clear their former captain's name after he is implicated in corruption.

While fans were seemingly excited about the upcoming movie, which is set to premiere on June 7 in the United States, now a handful of them have been left concerned about Lawrence after seeing him at the movie's LA premiere.

A video showed the star alongside Smith on a balcony as the two rocked out with the thousands of fans who came to support them during the event.

However, many claimed that the 59-year-old looked unsteady during his performance.

A video that was posted to X (formerly Twitter) with the text overlay that read: "There's something going on with Martin" has gained traction online, with hundreds commenting on the situation.

"Man, I hope he’s ok. I’ve been a fan since the early 90s. Praying for him," wrote one user while another added: "Poor guy looks like he had a stroke or something."

A third also urged people to look further into this, writing: "That does not look like drunk. His wave is not right at all, shaking. Will helps him up, then does his own thing leaving Martin looking lost. Look into this further, please, Dom."

Just days after the viral video, Lawrence has now addressed all the rumors.

Speaking to Ebro Darden on Hot 97’s Ebro in the Morning on Tuesday, the host asked the actor directly about his health stating: "Now Martin… everybody’s talking [about] you on the balcony waving at people, [you’re] looking around, where you’re looking around?

"...People took it like something was wrong with your health, or something,” Darden added.

"I was like, oh, this is rock concert stuff," Lawrence joked, referring to his surprise at the size of the crowds. "What the hell is going on? [This is] for a movie?"

Darden then asked more directly: "But on that note, Martin, is there anything you want to say to the people because they’re concerned about your health?"

"I’m fine. I’m in God’s hands,” Lawrence said, before continuing: "I’m blessed. You know, I’m glad to be waking up every day. I’m all good. No need for people to be concerned."

Elsewhere Lawrence seemingly addressed the speculators on social media again stating: "I’m healthy as hell. Stop the rumors!"

It comes after the star was hospitalized multiple times in the late 90s; first in 1996 after an incident in Los Angeles where he ran into traffic cursing and screaming.

In a separate health emergency in 1999, Lawrence was again hospitalized, and slipped into a three-day coma, after collapsing from severe heat exhaustion while exercising.
