Matt Damon has received an outpouring of support from fans after debuting his natural gray hair at last night's Golden Globes.

Yes, last night may have been all about the Golden Globes, but many viewers couldn't help but notice one silver fox among the crowd.

Unrealistic beauty standards in Hollywood have been a thing ever since the cameras started rolling. However, although it is often females in the entertainment industry who have to endure body-shaming and criticism over aging, Hollywood's hunks don't always have it easy either.

For example, Matt Damon is 53 years old and has only now stepped out with his natural grey hair -- and it's made headlines!

The legendary Ocean's Thirteen star arrived at the 81st Golden Globes Awards sporting a brand new look - and fans couldn't help but shower the actor with praise for embracing his grey locks. (And it's safe to say the salt-and-pepper look suits Damon perfectly.)

"Matt Damon is all grey and I wasn't prepared," one viewer gushed, with a second adding: "Jesus god Matt Damon going grey is insanely [flame emoji]."

One fan simply tweeted: "Matt Damon, what a silver fox".

Damon looked very handsome as he arrived to the ceremony wearing a classic custom black Giorgio Armani tux with David Yurman jewelry. He was accompanied by his stunning wife, Luciana Barroso.

The couple have been married for nearly two decades now after meeting in 2003 at a bar where Barroso was working.

Following their wedding in 2005, the couple welcomed three daughters together: Isabella, Gia, and Stella. The Bourne star also became stepdad to Barroso's other daughter, Alexia.

In an interview with Vogue Australia in 2018, Barroso recalled the night they first met at the Miami bar, revealing: "[Damon] started getting recognized and asked for pictures and autographs, and then it got kind of aggressive because people are drinking and stuff.

"So he came and hid behind the bar … [wanting to] just hang out back there and have a drink. He says, 'Oh, I saw you and I really wanted to talk to you.'"

She then revealed that she put him to work making drinks, telling her future husband: "'You know, if you're going to be back here, you can't just be standing there!'"

Damon had actually trained in bartending for a previous project, and his skills led to him earning plenty of tips from customers. "of course everyone wanted to go and see him," Barroso joked.
