Ms. Rachel may be best known for captivating toddlers with cheerful songs and educational videos — but it turns out her audience includes some very famous grown-ups, too.

The 42-year-old children’s content creator, whose real name is Rachel Griffin Accurso, shared on Wednesday’s episode of Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce that a very famous celeb sent her a message.

However, she almost missed the message entirely.

“I am … [an] elder millennial, I think it’s called,” Accurso joked. “So, I’m not amazing with Instagram. I didn’t know about the [message] requests and ‘top requests,’ so I ghosted some people for, like, months.”

Not being “a cool person who knows a lot about celebrities,” she said she was intrigued when she noticed a message from someone with the handle @badgalriri.

“I was like, ‘Wow, this person has so many followers.’” She even commented on the singer’s famously simple stick-figure profile picture: “I was like, ‘This is such a cute little profile picture.’”

At first, she had “no idea” who it was and asked people around her. Then came the realization — it was Rihanna.

When Kelce asked if she gasped upon finding out, Ms. Rachel admitted: “I did, I did. I was like, ‘Wow.’ And yeah, that was crazy.” Kelce tease: “Small flex. Tiny, little flex.”

The Umbrella hitmaker, who shares two sons — RZA Athelston, born in May 2022, and Riot Rose, born in August 2023 — with partner A$AP Rocky, is clearly a fan of the YouTuber-turned-Netflix star.

Rihanna isn’t the only celebrity admirer. Ms. Rachel revealed she once sang with John Legend, calling the moment “so cool.”

And earlier this year, Robert De Niro told BBC Radio 2’s The Scott Mills Breakfast Show that he watches her videos with his youngest daughter, Gia, per ABC News.

Kelce, who co-hosted the podcast episode, is a fan too. She said her daughters — Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and four-month-old Finnley — started watching Ms. Rachel back in her YouTube days. Their household favorite is “Hop Little Bunnies.”

“I love ‘Hop Little Bunnies,’” Ms. Rachel replied, with Kelce agreeing: “It’s so good, and everyone lays down, and they’re sleeping — the whole thing. We do the whole thing,” she said, referring to the pantomime aspect of the song.

The podcast appearance delighted fans, with social media responses calling it “the collab the world needs” and hailing Ms. Rachel as “this generation’s Mr. Rogers.” One person even joked: “I just peed my pants a little. Freaking out over this collab.”
