The eldest daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West - North West - was caught on camera questioning the paparazzi as to why they always appear to be waiting around for her and her famous family.
Kim and her daughter North are in Paris as the former is taking part in Paris Fashion Week this year. The mother of four even made her runway debut at the sartorial event.
Evidently, paps in the French capital are as enthralled by the Kardashian-Jenner clan as they are back in the states because according to nine-year-old North, she can't get a break from them!
On Tuesday night, the paparazzi waited outside a restaurant called Ferdi, where North, her pal Ryan Romulus, Kim's cousin Cici Bussey, and Kim herself were eating dinner.
A video posted to TikTok shows North complaining about the photographers while exiting the establishment. She tells them: "Why do you have to wait for us all the time?"
Laughter then erupts from those gathered around the building, before a male voice is heard saying: "We love you. Because you're so famous. We love you, North."
Then off-camera, a young voice - presumably that of North - is heard shouting: "Give us a break sometime."
Kim, who was behind her outspoken daughter, can be heard responding to the interaction: "Oh, Northie."
The SKIMS founder shares three other children with her ex-husband, West: six-year-old Saint, four-year-old Chicago, and three-year-old Psalm.
Kim often speaks about her relationship with North in interviews. In March, the 41-year-old reality star told Vogue's Forces of Fashion conference that North is "very opinionated" about how her mother dresses.
"North is very opinionated when it comes to what I'm wearing," Kim said. "She'll always complain when I'm wearing too much black."
She continued: "I showed up at her school on Valentine's Day wearing head-to-toe pink, and she got so excited she ran over and hugged me. [Of course] she opened my coat, saw the black lining, and says, 'Mom, you're still wearing black.' "
Speaking to journalist Bari Weiss on her Honestly podcast in December 2021, Kim quipped that North can be more intimidating than some of the political leaders she has met.
"Who intimidates me? I was going to say politicians, but they don't. Maybe just my daughter, North," Kim said.
