Rock songstress, Pink, has revealed that she needed an eye-watering 13 stitches after slashing her husband's tires.

Talking to Ellen DeGeneres during her Burning Questions segment, Pink was asked about "the dumbest way she's hurt herself". She told Ellen that it was slashing somebody's tires, with DeGeneres asking, "how old were you?" She was shocked when Pink exclaimed, "It wasn't that long ago!"

Barely able to talk through her laughter, Ellen asked, "whose tires were they?" Pink revealed that they were her husband Carey's and that she had slashed them at Thanksgiving. She told the shocked audience, "It was Thanksgiving! The holidays are stressful!"

Ellen asked how many tires she managed to slash, with Pink telling her, "I got clean through the first one. He has a raised F250 and those tires are very thick, thank you very much." However, the Raise Your Glass songwriter did not manage to get through the other three.

She told a giggling Ellen: "The second one I lost a little steam. I hit the metal part and my hand just went straight down the knife."

 "I had to get 13 stitches.

"But here's the thing, I didn't need any anesthesia. I couldn't feel a thing."

During the segment, Pink also revealed the weirdest rumor she'd heard about herself. She told Ellen that she had been reported to have been in "a gay bar in Louisiana oil wrestling and I lost. I was fine with the rumor until it said I lost. I would not have lost."

She also admitted that she had helped Carey pick out her Valentine's Day present. Talking to E! News, she confessed: "We went to a store the other day and I was like, 'That's a nice ring, babe.' He was like, 'I'll get it for you for Valentine's Day.' I was like, 'Wow, you really just wanna be done, don't you?' So I took the ring."

The couple has recently celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary, despite splitting in 2003 and 2008. Carey took to Instagram to share a sweet picture of the pair, captioning it: "Can’t believe it’s our 13th wedding anniversary. Who would have thought two misfits like us could pull it off!!! I’m very grateful for you, baby. We have created an amazing life and family together. I love you. #17YearsStrong"

Despite her outburst at Thanksgiving, the couple seems to be in a very happy place. Here's hoping Carey's truck made a full recovery!
