Post Malone has melted hearts after he was caught on camera wishing an autistic fan a happy 21st birthday as he dined out in Los Angeles.

Andrew Schumacher was out in Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills on March 11 for the milestone celebration with his friends and family.

They never thought they'd be seated at a table next to the 'Stay' performer - and yet that's exactly what happened!

Speaking to FOX 11, the young man's mother, Nicole, explained that another table had sent a bottle of sake to the rapper's table, adding that "he was so kind and walked over to thank them and then walked over to our table."

"He was so incredibly kind and patient with our son who has autism. Andrew has a hard time speaking and Austin was so natural and sweet with him," Nicole told the outlet.

"Nice to meet you," Post Malone could be heard greeting Andrew in the sweet clip, before thanking him for supporting his music.

Andrew's mother then told the Grammy winner that her son was celebrating his 21st birthday, hilariously revealing: "he drank his first beer tonight."

"Ya? What kind of beer you get? That’s a tough choice. Not for me but…," Post Malone said to the amused group.

"He has autism and knows all of your songs," Andrew's mother told the rapper.

"Dude, thank you for listening," Post Malone replied. "That’s so sweet and nice to meet you."

"Have fun dude, but not too much fun," he added.

Nicole recalled asking her son if he knew who Post Malone was when the rap artist entered the restaurant. Andrew responded saying: "Austin," referring to Post Malone's real name, Austin Richard Post.

"I wasn't sure if that was his real name until he walked over to our table to introduce himself," she said.

Post Malone's kind gesture has been met with a lot of praise from Internet users, with one person writing: "Talented musician, down to earth. What’s not to like?!"

Another added: "His talent seems to only be outshined by his kindness. I’ve always liked him a lot."

Happy belated birthday, Andrew!
