Priscilla Presley has hit back at sensational claims in a newly amended $50 million lawsuit suggesting her granddaughter Riley Keough, 36, is the biological mother of John Travolta’s youngest son, Benjamin Travolta.
The allegations, which have made headlines across tabloids, appear in a legal battle brought by Presley’s former business associates, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko.
The lawsuit, filed Tuesday, December 16, names Priscilla and her son Navarone Garibaldi Garcia as defendants and includes a series of explosive claims attributed to alleged third-party statements. Among the most shocking: the suggestion that Riley Keough allegedly donated her eggs to Travolta and his late wife Kelly Preston so that the couple could have their son Ben, now 15, according to TMZ.
If the claim were true, it would make the teenager Elvis Presley’s great-grandson. The amended complaint further alleges that Riley’s late mother, Lisa Marie Presley, had previously donated eggs to Preston as well – though no medical documentation has been presented to support these claims.
Michael Lockwood Named as Alleged Source
The court documents repeatedly reference Lisa Marie’s ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, father of her 17-year-old twins Harper and Finley.
According to the filing, Lockwood supposedly told Kruse that Travolta and Preston had used Lisa Marie’s eggs to conceive, and later decided not to, allegedly commenting that they did not want “eggs with heroin” due to her reported opioid use.

Lockwood has denied any knowledge of the claims, telling the Daily Mail: “That just sounds crazy. I have not heard anything about it.”
Priscilla Strikes Back
Priscilla’s legal team released a blistering response to the allegations, calling them “outrageous” and “completely improper.” Her attorneys argued that the claims were unrelated to the original breach-of-contract lawsuit and aimed solely at causing “further pain” to the Presley family.
“After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel disqualified, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line they are unwilling to cross,” the statement said.
Alleged Rewards for Riley Keough
The amended complaint also claims that Keough received an old Jaguar and a payment between $10,000–$20,000 in exchange for allegedly providing her eggs. Riley, who married Australian stuntman Ben Smith-Petersen in 2015, now has two children: daughter Tupelo, born in 2022, and a second child via surrogate in 2025.
The lawsuit also references a handwritten note with phrases like “CA fertility partners,” “Ben Travolta,” and “Kelly Preston carried baby,” suggesting Priscilla allegedly oversaw the arrangement, which purportedly required “sign off” from the Church of Scientology.

Travolta and Presley Families Remain Silent
Representatives for Travolta and Keough have not commented on the claims. Kruse and Fialko’s legal team defended the amended complaint, saying it seeks to “reveal the truth, correct the record, and provide evidence of the work that was done in good faith.”
Meanwhile, Priscilla and her family continue to deny all allegations. The Presley legal team emphasized the need for the public to distinguish between sensational claims and facts relevant to the ongoing lawsuit.
