If you ever attended a school disco in the naughties, you'll be happy to know that the Pussycat Dolls have reunited and are releasing new music.
On Saturday night, X-Factor UK judge Nicole Scherzinger took to the stage with bandmates Ashley Roberts, Kimberly Wyatt, Carmit Bachar, and Jessica Sutta for the first time in a decade to put on a jaw-dropped performance of some PCD classics, along with a taster of their new single 'React'.
However, many viewers have branded the raunchy performance "disgusting" as a result of the band's sheer bodysuits and steamy dance moves.
Unhappy viewers quickly took to social media to share their displeasure at the highly-anticipated reunion.
One Twitter user wrote: "Disgusting, disrespectful and shameful and all before the watershed. X-Factor is a family show and I enjoy it with my 7 year old daughter who was shocked and disgusted as was I. Call yourself a role model, put some clothes on and grow up. [sic]"
Another viewer said: "Disgusted with Pussycats dolls on X factor tonight. I’m sorry but I am there are millions of young girls watching this and thinking that they have to look that thin to get recognised. This is a family programme and it’s a disgrace! [sic]"
A third wrote: "The outfits the #pussycatdolls are wearing on #XFactorCelebrity are totally inappropriate for 8.15pm on a family show. Not good role models for girls. You don't have to take your clothes to be successful. [sic]"
Another raged: "What time is this sh**ty 'family' show on? I wouldn't want kids watching this....looks like a trashy strip show! Gees there's a time + place for it! How sad that these women feel the need to dress like that when they know kids watch the show [sic]"
Speaking to the Daily Mail about their reunion, 41-year-old Nicole Scherzinger said: "It was so great to be back together again. The energy from the crowd was amazing and spurred us on."
