Jack Osbourne was left terrified after a new clip shows the moment he found his mom Sharon seemingly unconscious after she attempted to contact the afterlife.

In a spine-tingling preview of the highly-anticipated season premiere of Jack Osbourne's Night of Terror, viewers are treated to a heart-pounding encounter that left none other than Sharon Osbourne herself in a "catatonic state". Watch the eerie clip below:

The chilling episode, set to debut on October 1 on the Travel Channel, captures a hair-raising moment at the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula, California.

As the cameras roll, Sharon, donning a mask over her eyes and headphones to amplify her connection with the spirit world, attempts to communicate with an otherworldly presence.

"Were you here during prohibition?" Sharon cautiously inquires before an eerie silence descends upon the room.

Suddenly, the TV personality's demeanor takes a terrifying turn. She goes limp, her head falling backward, and her arms retreating to her side, leaving the production crew baffled and concerned.

"Sharon, can you hear us?" the crew urgently calls out, realizing that something is amiss. "She's in some kind of catatonic state!"

Sharon's son, Jack Osbourne, who was stationed elsewhere in the haunted hotel, springs into action upon hearing the distressing news.

"I'm gonna go check on my mom. Make sure she's in one piece," Jack declares before rushing to his mother's aid.

As he reaches Sharon, he shouts: "Mom? Hey. Hey! Mom! Mom," desperately trying to rouse her before instructing the crew to illuminate the room.

"Lights on, now," Jack shouts, and the clip fades to black, leaving viewers in suspense.

The eerie scene took an alarming real-life turn, as reported back in December 2022 when it was described as a "medical emergency."

The first to break the news, TMZ revealed that Sharon was at the hotel filming an undisclosed project when the incident occurred.

Santa Paula Police Chief Don Aguilar confirmed to TMZ at the time that Sharon had fallen ill while at the hotel.

Though Sharon has since made a full recovery, the circumstances surrounding her mysterious ailment remain shrouded in uncertainty.

In a health update shared on Instagram following her hospitalization, Sharon expressed her gratitude for the outpouring of love and support from fans.

In a subsequent revelation made on the UK's version of The Talk in January, Sharon elaborated on her ordeal, saying: "It was the weirdest thing. I was doing some filming, and suddenly they told me that I [passed out] for 20 minutes.

"I was in the hospital, went to one hospital, they took me to another hospital, and I underwent every test over two days, and nobody knows why."

The episode aired yesterday (October 1) on the Travel Channel.
