Late Storage Wars star Darrell Sheets named the infamous cyber bully who allegedly harassed him online, a month before he died.
The TV personality, who was known as The Gambler on the popular A&E series, was found dead aged 67, at his home by Arizona police on Wednesday (April 22).
According to authorities, Sheet was found deceased after a "self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head," though investigations are ongoing into the official cause of death.
His remains have since been turned over to the Mohave County Medical Examiner’s Office for further analysis.
The Lake Havasu City Police Department's Criminal Investigations Unit discovered Sheets' body at around 2AM, after responding to the scene.
In a touching tribute to his late friend and Storage Wars co-star, René Nezhoda said Sheets was a "hard worker that cared more than anyone I’ve ever met about their family."
He also mentioned that there was a cyberbully "tormenting" Sheets, stating: "Cyberbullying, guys, just because you watch us on television, doesn’t mean you know us."
Nezhoda took to social media in a heartfelt video tribute to the late star, and after speaking about how he was as a person, he mentioned that there was a cyberbully in Sheets' life.
"He had this guy, like, really, really tormenting him lately and cyberbullying [him]," the Storage Wars star said of the relentless cyberbully.
"Darrell has been posting a lot about the guy that’s been cyberbullying him and tormenting him, and I really hope [law enforcement] look into that guy and it’s just not a pass."
After highlighting that seeing someone on TV doesn't mean you actually know someone, he told followers: "It doesn’t mean you know what we’re about.
"As a matter of fact, if you have somebody in your life that thinks it’s funny to cyberbully other people… slap them in the back of the head."
He went on: "Make them become a better human being, because you never know what demons somebody faces and what they go through and what you might push them through."
The Lake Havasu City Police Department is currently investigating the cyberbullying that was linked to the case.
Nearly a month before he passed away, Sheets revealed who he believed was allegedly responsible for sending him copious amounts of hate online.
Taking to his social media accounts, he told fans: “Well people, here is my cyber bully stalker.
"He has been going after other small businesses in town and harassing them using my name. It is not me.
"He has extorted money from many people in this town, acting like a handyman.
"This has been going on for 3 years with him, and the things he says are very damaging. This is a felony called cyberbullying.”
Two months before his death, Sheets shared his final snap on social media by taking to Facebook and posting a picture with his dog.
The TV star can be seen dressed casually in gray shorts, a black tank top, and a backward cap, while enjoying a walk with his dog in the park.
Darrell had already retired from Storage Wars, leaving after 15 seasons in 2023, appearing across a total of 163 episodes in 13 years, taking a step away from the public eye.
In the years before his death, Sheets struggled with several health issues, including a heart attack in 2019.
He penned a candid post in 2019, revealing all about his health concerns, explaining: "I’ve been very sick for 3 months and two nights ago I had a mild heart attack, found out I have congestive heart failure and a severe issue going on with my lung," according to The Sun.
Sheets was grateful for the love from his fans, though, stating that "it’s been a great ride."
He had undergone surgery and looked to be recovering before he tragically passed away.
