The TikTok star, who was popular on the social media platform for her fashion and lifestyle videos, was found by her husband Cameron Grigg who rushed her to hospital, but unfortunately, she passed away there and remained at the facility for organ donation.

In an emotional post shared to Instagram by her heartbroken husband, he opened up about what a wonderful person Taylor was.

"No one ever expects to have to deal with this kind of pain and heartache, especially at our age," he wrote alongside a handful of wholesome photos of the couple. "This past year Taylor has dealt with more pain and suffering than most people do in a lifetime. And in spite of that, she still has been such a light and always brought joy to everyone around her."

Cameron then went on to describe Taylor as "the most brave and strong woman I know," adding that her faith helped her with "every circumstance she’s faced, even in her darkest hours."

"I know she’s saved my life and so many others out there,” he continued, noting that "her earthly body is still here with us being ran by machines to keep her organs viable for donation."

The star went on to reveal that Taylor is in a better place now.

"While her earthly body is still here waiting to give the gift of life, we know her spirit is in heaven dancing in the streets made of gold with all her beauty and grace," he wrote in the post. "She’s no longer in pain, but her body has been made whole in Jesus name. We can praise God that she will endure no more suffering and she is truly set free from these earthly chains!"

Cameron concluded the post with a link to a GoFundMe account which was set up by a friend in order to help Taylor's loved ones financially as her death was so "sudden" that there was no preparation put in place.

The fundraiser has managed to gather over $51,000, with many friends and fans taking to the comments to shed light on what an amazing person Taylor was.

"I found Taylor during some of the darkest times in my life. She was a beacon of light—radiating positivity, creativity, and, most of all, encouragement. She inspired everyone around her to embrace their true selves, to live fearlessly, and to follow the Lord..." one user wrote while another added: "...You were such an inspiration to me the way you carried yourself to the way you dressed you were a true angel on earth and I hate you had to endure so much at a young age my heart is very heavy since Saturday and can’t get it off my chest."

Now, just less than a week after the tragic news, the 25-year-old's cause of death has officially been confirmed.

On Thursday (October 10), TODAY reported that the influencer died from complications related to asthma and Addison’s disease, according to a representative for her family.

A source close to the family also confirmed to PEOPLE that her death was caused by a severe asthma attack, resulting in further complications.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time.
