The Boys star Valorie Curry has opened up about her “deeply uncomfortable” experience with two fans at Comic-Con.

The 38-year-old actress plays the character 'Firecracker' in season four of the hit Amazon Prime TV series.

Her character is a right-wing antagonist who tries to gain the villainous Homelander's trust by promising him many things, including sexual favors.

On Saturday (September 7), Curry attended Comic-Con in Belfast, Northern Ireland, to celebrate her role in the successful TV show.

But, according to the actress, her experience was tainted by two attendees who seemingly hassled her with inappropriate comments about her controversial scenes.

This led to her posting a video on her Instagram stories about why "we do need to talk about boundaries and what is appropriate in terms of behavior".

Check out the video below:

The actress didn’t get into the details about what the fans did during the convention, but she reiterated that it simply wasn’t okay.

“I know people saw a character that I played do some really extreme things on The Boys and I don't care if you're in costume, I don't care if you're in character - it's not OK and it's not funny to demand those things from me in person at my booth. It’s not OK," she said.

“Frankly, to the person who did that repeatedly today, I made it pretty clear that it wasn't OK, and that only seemed to make this person and their friend angry. I didn't think this needed to be explained but I was deeply uncomfortable - it was quite clear I was uncomfortable," she added.

Curry insisted she "really wants" to do more fan-interacted events, but won’t be able to "if people are acting this way because it makes me so uncomfortable - and honestly, you should know better”.

“Again, I don't know what reaction you were looking for - nobody was laughing," she said, looking into the camera, before expressing gratitude to everyone who was “so respectful and kind".

She then issued a final message to those considering making similar inappropriate comments about her scenes: “If you're thinking about it, if you think it's going to be funny if you think you're doing a bit or a moment, it's not and honestly it's only going to make me feel bad."

“So, please think about that before coming up to talk to me. Please think about what’s appropriate and professional and kind," she concluded.

The Kara actress' comments come after her co-star, Erin Moriarty, quit Instagram after Megyn Kelly criticized her appearance.

During an episode of her podcast with The Daily Wire’s Michael Knowles in January, Kelly accused Moriarty of being a prime example of an "addiction" to cosmetic surgeries, before referring to it as a "social illness".

The actress, who plays Starlight, hit back in a now-removed post, writing: "To receive a message about a disgustingly false, counterproductive to the degree of being ironically misogynistic video of Megyn Kelly commenting on the manner - to learn the widespread nature of this has left me horrified."

"Megyn used a photo taken 'a year ago' according to her, that had in actuality been taken about a decade ago before I was of LEGAL DRINKING AGE (I'm about to turn 30) as an example (maybe do some research that would take 30 seconds)," she continued. "How utterly misinformed, inaccurate, and clickbait seeking people who we follow and consider to be informed is appalling."

Moriarty deleted her social media account after the statement but reactivated the following week.
